Fantastic experience: Brandon and I started my journey of selling my old place / buying my new place a year ago. I was a very difficult client to work with because I had very specific expectations on both the sell and buy side. Brandon was able to navigate my expectations expertly from the time we started talking about listing my old place, to the places he found for me. He is patient, articulate, collaborative, and most importantly, a genuine expert in his profession. That last sentence is why you should have Brandon as your listing / buying agent. He knows the market, the trends, and the intangibles; he is able to arituculate to you how that applies to your situation (selling or buying), and then get you the right price / the right place. The house I am currently living in is EXACTLY what I wanted. He found it, closed the deal, and now here I am. 5/5.

Fantastic experience: I was actually referred to Brandon- a testament to his work ethic. I was looking for a space for myself and children once my matrimonial home was sold firm during the separation/ divorce process. I had been looking myself before hand without much luck. I also had never moved in my life and had a lot of questions! Here’s what I can honestly say about Brandon: 1. He was on time and personable and friendly 2. He was knowledgeable - able to answer my questions about my other real estate matters too. 3. He didn’t pressure me to choose something he thought might be a better fit, like I’ve heard other realtors often do. 4. He responded to my texts/calls quickly- sometimes even at odd hours since I am a shift worker. After working a long stretch of shifts I actually slept in and missed one of the showings… and instead of getting upset with me- as he had every right to…. he took additional pictures, made a video and we actually made an appointment to see the same place again and we were able to secure the same listing in one day. He’s a realtor who will listen to your needs/ wants and will try to find a balance.We are all settled in now.- a spacious clean safe place in the same school district my children were attending, even closer to my work, close to major highways, the airport, walkable distance to groceries, banks, restaurants. Would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Brandon was great to work with. He sold my condo in a market that was flooded with condo listings. His open and honest communication along with a soft approach really made me feel comfortable working with him. He was my realtor, but now l consider him a friend.

Negative experience: Wasn’t the greatest experience. Felt rushed in accepting a deal for my investment company. Similar unit sold for $27,000 1 week later. Don’t forget to add that one of those “directors” was your cousin and I’m sure that helped in forcing this deal. Thank you regarding my future investments… they are doing quite well.
