Fantastic experience: We recently sold our townhouse condo with Karin in downtown Toronto. We were concerned / worried selling, given the market conditions. Karin suggested an approach to price aggressively with a high degree of confidence that we would end up landing where we wanted to be (from a sale price perspective). Initially, we said no, and tried a more traditional approach. That approach didn’t work, and we had to pivot. Karin brought that aggressive-pricing strategy again, and she told us point blank- “I am confident this approach will work”. We went for it and 48 hours later, we had an offer and landed where we wanted to be! Kudos to Karin for delivering in a tough market. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? Buying a home is usually a new start to a new chapter in everyone’s lives. This is my second home I’m buying with Karin and first home to sell. I didn’t think we were going to buy another home after a year buying our first. Her dedication on satisfying her clients interest/needs and wants is outstanding. There were multiple times I had mentioned on things I wanted but forgot and Karin would remembered. She’s very patient and calm, no matter what the situation is. Always amazingly calm and resilient, no matter what is thrown her way. Nothing daunts Karin. She just keeps going come rain or shine. Negative experience: From the start: avoid. She took personal calls (4 of them) during the viewings. She showed me only listings that she had so she could double the comission. Then she showed me a listing that was with a friend, and they did not counter the offer while Karin put the condo on facebook pressuring me to make a higher offer. Then she only worked late at night over Easter, and made me go 30k higher without a counter from her "friend". She called the mortgage broker and friend to discuss my purchase, completely breaching any confidentiality. Overall, greed far suprassed talent. Avoid at all costs if you want a positive experience

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Karin about a year ago about a desired property. Karin was honest, forthright and professional in searching and finding what I requested. She was on the ball, a quick thinker and responsive.she is a great agent to have on your side. I highly recommend Karin to people looking for a "go-getter" and an intelligent agent.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE ARROGANCE!!!! Avoiding the purchase of a Friday Harbour for rental. This agent is self absorbed and focuses only on getting her comissions on short term rentals. Only shows her listings, even if they are sold, what a total waste of our time! AVOID! Get a better agent who focuses on what you want, not what she wants out of you!

Fantastic experience: I started following Karin on Facebook for about 2 yrs before I reached out to her. I was observing her posts, integrity and learning who she is… as energy and a person’s core values are important too. I felt that via Facebook I am able to get to know who she is and what she stands for. Buying and selling is easy… but buying and selling with integrity and absolute honesty is hard to find. About a year into following her on Facebook I reached out with a non-important question about Friday Harbour and she had absolutely no issue to reply to me on a timely basis with no strings attached.
