Negative experience: Giving 1* because I can’t give less. I am a travel agency and I’ve reached out to this company months ahead of time, they said they can’t provide with a quote that early, I’ve reached out two months ahead of time, they said they didn’t fix the summer season rates, asked when I can get a quote for the desired dates, no response, I don’t know how with such lack of professionalism people can still get 5 stars on google!

Fantastic experience: Emil and Sue's were an awesome host. They were proactive and super responsive. All the instructions right from check-in until check-out were clear and detailed. The unit is located centrally at a prime location of Sheppard and Yonge, intersection of two subway lines. Direct access to Dollarama, Subway, Frescho and all other buildings around the area. Close to 401 and Don Valley Parkway. Service Ontario and Service Canada are nearby if you need any official service. Highly recommend the place for your next stay.

Fantastic experience: The place is right by the metro station which makes it easy to get wherever, and you can't beat the Tim Hortons and Shoppers that is literally downstairs, a few steps away from the building. We stayed there being new comers in Canada and it really helped us get on our 2 feet. They were great hosts, always very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Perfect spot to spend the month. Very clean, well furnished, with a nice view. Conveniently located next to a grocery store, and a few minutes walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I stayed for about three months, my time spent here in Sue’s apartment was Fabulous! Very clean, like everything was newly furnished and no one stayed before I came. Had cable and internet which was a bonus, also was supplied everything that Was needed, paper towel, soap, and toilette paper just like a hotel, but the comfort of a home! Also was amazing to have all kind of shopping stores downstairs didn’t have to even go outside! Thanks a million! I actually can’t wait to come back to Toronto just to stay in theses apartments again!

The apartment also has a balcony, which is not obvious from the pictures and was a nice surprise! The location is great, being only 5 minutes away from the subway. There is a grocery store and a drugstore nearby as well.

I had an amazing experience with the company; nothing was too much trouble and they were such lovely people to deal with. If there a question, query or problem, Olivia's Housing were quick to respond/rectify. The apartment that I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous - a great location in the city within walking distance to shops and public transport. I'd also like to note that they're prices are fair and reasonable; you get more than your moneys worth! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Olivia's Housing and Sue and Emil. I was so happy in my temporary home that I actually didn't want to leave! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great time staying with Emil & Sue. The apartment was very comfortable, super clean and had everything I needed. Plus the location is extremely convenient, near transit and a lot of stores. The building is connected to a mall which means you don't even need to go outdoors for shopping. Fantastic experience: We stayed in their Forest Laneway, 2 bedroom apartment on a very high floor. There are 5 supermarkets which include 2 Korean ones, Longos, Whole Food and Food Basics, many fast food eateries and highly reviewed restaurants. The apartment buildings sit above the Sheppard Yonge TTC subway station, with a few banks, mobile phone providers, Longos, Winners, Dollarama, shoe\handbag repairs \clothing alteration shops, Miniso, Shoppers Drug Store, a few clothing stores, a food court with many fast food eateries, plus many other restaurants in the street levels. This station is also close to the big shopping mall in Don Mills. The apartment's water pressure for hot and cold water works very well. Hot water from the tap can be boiling hot, and the cold water faucet can be freezing cold, which I love as it feels like I'm drinking iced water. There are many restaurants along Yonge St. Theres are also many hairdressers, bubble teas, a photocopy printing shop, a bus terminus nearby where I can cut across town in 20 minutes to Sheppard West station if I want to travel to the other end of the subway line. I have stayed at other service apartments and comparatively speaking, Olivia's Housing is better stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, lots of crockery, several glass bakeware, baking sheet, 3 sizes of saucepan pots, 3 sizes of non stick skillets, lots of mugs, drinking glasses, dinnerware, wine glasses, cutting knives of varying sizes, measuring cups, spoons, enough for 6 pax or more. The apartment comes with a vacuum cleaner, mop and pail, broom and dusting pan. Some of the white towels might be frayed, and the zipper on the Duvet cover may be broken but the sheets are smooth and i can live with it. The apartment is a whopping 1000 sq ft, with a big balcony. A small opening of the window brings in a strong breeze during the fall, winter months. The central heating and central air-conditioning works very well. The apartment is well lit and bright. I generally don't hear nor see my neighbours so the sound proofing between units is great. Sue has been wonderful in all her communication and quickly brings up extra items that I request for, like multiple plug extension cords, water jug, extra study table, fan, etc. There's also a GO bus, #34 on Yonge, that takes 3 stops to get to Pearson Airport. Olivias Housing has provided a peaceful abode, a home away from home. Keep up the good work Sue, all the good reviews here or on airbnb are a testimony to your good, reliable service and they are very well deserved.

Fantastic experience: I stayed in this is apartment for six weeks. It was extremely well presented and fully equipped for a medium-long term traveller like myself who likes to cook. Subway station is right below the apartment and the range of restaurants and shopping options are excellent. The apartment was very well cleaned and all amenities were available. Emil and Sue are truly super hosts. There were minor issues which I reported and they kindly attended to them. I will be visiting Toronto on business and would definitely stay here again if it is available. Highly recommended for future travelers. Well done guys.

Fantastic experience: Emil and Sue were wonderful hosts. I felt well taken care of from the first contact I had with them. My stay was very comfortable- everything I needed was in place. When I did need something small, they provided it within the hour. I’d definitely stay again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing two-month stay in a lovely apartment in a great location. The subway station is really close. The bus stops right in front of the building. FreshCo and Shoppers Drug Mart are right at the building’s doorstep. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for a long term stay. Also, whenever we had a request from Emil & Sue, we had our answer right away. This place is highly recommended.

Negative experience: They only want your money ,once you pay them , they will not help you in anyways. The apartments are filled with cockroaches and 30 years old cheap furniture. Just an advise from me , see the place before renting from this agency otherwise you will regret. They are not on airbnb because they know they can't hide reviews over there.

Fantastic experience: Emil & Sue’s place is just fantastic. Just as advertised and in fact it gets better when you see the view. I stayed for a month and everything was provided to enjoy a comfortable stay. Sue was great with communication and prompt to address any concerns (which there were none of because they’ve managed to thoughtfully put everything together). Fantastic experience: Our family of 3 stayed at Olivia’s for two & half months. For new entrants to the country amidst Covid-19 related mobility limitations, this place offered us just the right amount of convenience and care that we hoped for. The location is FANTASTIC - for essentials shopping at Longo’s, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama etc., quick access to several banks and easy for commute (TTC access from within the building). Our Apartment was SUPERB- well appointed and maintained..right from kitchen amenities to the furniture. And finally our host, Sue was GREAT - a highly responsive and co-operative professional. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this accommodation!

Fantastic experience: Olivia’s housing North York property is located right in the heart of North York and have all the amenities available in the apartment. Emil and Sue are very responsive and helped me in all possible ways throughout the duration of my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Toronto.

Negative experience: They are not curteous or professional enough to return calls or answer important questions when "helping" make life decisions such as a place to live. You are better to work with a company who will be transparent and communicate with you accordingly.

Fantastic experience: Dear Emil & Sue, Me along with my family stayed at your place for over 1 month. Before checking in to your place,I was worried about everything starting from the security to cleanliness to transit. But I am so happy to say that the moment we stepped in , we felt like we were home. The place was no less than a five star hotel suit, with the super functional kitchen( very well equipped with all sorts of utensils cutlery, bake ware) There was a fully stocked linen closet with an array of towels and bed sheets and extra duvets.The washrooms were well functional ans very clean. The beds were super comfortable and both the bedrooms came nightstands and a dresser. The living room was cozy, so was the dining area and the extra work space just made it even better. The balcony has great view, and the entire apartment gets a lot of natural sunlight which made our stay even more joyous.The building security is really good so are the neighbors. The best part of the building is that it is adjacent to the nearest subways station and grocery. we liked the house so much that it felt really sad to leave the apartment. Given a chance i will definitely recommend this place to everyone, because this place has absolutely no errors. I wish Emil & Sue all the best, the amount of comfort you all have ensured us during our stay, no words can actually do justice. Ayemaan

The location was also great with very easy access to transit and nearby supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants and anything else you need. Fantastic experience: I rented Emil & Sue's place for 30 nights. It is an extremely lovely, spacious and well furnished apartment. It is exactly as advertised and well appointed. The amenities, which included high speed internet and an extensive cable television package, made for a very pleasant living experience. The apartment is centrally located right on the main subway line and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. This apartment would be my first choice should I again require accommodations in Toronto. A special "thank you" to Emil & Sue for accommodating my early check-in request.

Fantastic experience: We stayed here for 3 months when we first moved to Toronto. The location is fabulous- steps from the subway station and a grocery store on site. It's a well appointed apartment with every thing one could possibly need for a short or even a long stay. All kinds of pots and pans for cooking, and even a sheet for baking if you are so inclined. There's Netflix and cable if you need it. I highly recommend it for a single person or a couple looking for a convenient place to stay in downtown Toronto. Sue was very responsive, and even gave us a fan when we mentioned the heat in the bedroom after the AC had been turned off at the end of the summer. All in all, a very hospitable and enjoyable stay!

Fantastic experience: We spent two weeks here while finishing up a renovation in our home. It was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 small children). The photos are completely accurate - the space is clean, modern and full of natural light. We loved the big windows and open feel of the condo. It is steps away form an awesome park, grocery store and there are some great restaurants nearby. Communication with Sue was one of the best parts - she was incredible to deal with. I would highly recommend this fantastic space!

Fantastic experience: Emil & Sue’s place has a perfect location that's in a building that sits right on top of Sheppard-Yonge subway station. The station also has a mall, which hosts grocery, clothing shops, eateries etc. The location of the house could not be any perfect. The house too, looks just the way in pictures. I found Emil & Sue to be very professional in the way they handle the overall process. They both are very prompt in responding to any queries/concerns.

Fantastic experience: We loved it:) 2nd floor has study room and playroom.(most of the time, I studied there it’s really quiet) Second thing we loved, two markets were right next to the building fresco and shoppers. Also, it's really closed with the subway station ( 5-6 min. With my slow walking) and lots of places to enjoy(with walking distance) the last thing we loved the fantastic view. You.can see the CN Tower and Toronto downtown view, therefore, daytime you can see the lake. I enjoyed the view of coffee. Everything was exactly explained with pictures and easy check-in and out. Fantastic experience: My family and I stayed here twice for our summer and winter vacations. Super convenient location, the building is connected to the subway which is great! You have goodlife gym, supermarkets bars and more all on your doorstep. Such a perfect location for us we signed a lease in the same building.

Fantastic experience: I rented a two bedroom for October and November while we had house renovations being completed. This place was great. Excellent location - 5 min walk to Subway, stores, restaurants all over. Everything we needed to use was provided (dishes, towels, sheets...). Staff was very responsive and helpful. Fantastic experience: My Husband and I stayed in a really nice condo downtown that was brand new near Wellesley Station. We needed a place for 7 months while our house was being renovated and this was perfect. Close to everything, very clean (felt like no one had ever lived there) and cheaper than a hotel. They were very accommodating when we kept having to extend our stay due to delays and always checked in with us to see how we were doing. Awesome place and great people.
