Negative experience: I had a very negative experience involving this real estate agent. We owned an investment condominium and needed to sell it due to financial reasons. During this time, our tenant stopped paying rent for approximately six months. The tenant’s friend, who is a real estate agent (Maya Kamali ) , phoned my husband on behalf of her friend, who was our tenant. During this call, she stated that the tenant would not pay any rent until she received money in order to move out of our property. Wich was 22.000 dollars .This communication was handled in an unprofessional and impolite manner. As property owners, this situation caused us significant financial stress. We felt pressured and disrespected rather than treated fairly or professionally. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this agent. I never leave negative reviews but people should know about this.

Negative experience: DO NOT deal with Moe and Maya Kamali. They are by far the worst real estate agents that I've ever hired for my real estate transactions. They pretend that they care about client's interests, but that's not their true faces. They only care about money. Be very careful about them and stay away from them. Moe and Maya Kamali are the most unreliable real estate agents that we have worked with. What they promise you before signing the agreements to work with them is the opposite of the service they deliver. As soon as you sign an agreement with them, their attitude and behavior change. Moe Kamali is very good at deceiving people, and that's exactly what he did to us. At the end of the day, he only cares about deals and making money. Mona from their team is very unprofessional, too, which shows she is well-trained by Kamalis. We should have done more research about them before hiring them as our real estate agent. After the bad experience we had with them, we started talking with other people and agents and found out that Moe Kamali doesn't have a good reputation among other real estate agents either. Negative experience: Do you pay people to give you FIVE STAR ?! Unbelievable!!! The Kamali group is ThE MOST Unprofessional, unpleasant real state groups to work with !!! They are known among the real state agents as a worst agency to work with !!!! At the end of the day these people do everything only for their interests. My family and I had a very bad experience with Maya and Mona !!! Both of them are so rude and manipulative. They tried to manipulate us to sign not discussed terms about our agreement In the closing date that is illegal. Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, the Kamali group did an amazing job helping my wife & I find our perfect home. Alex started by getting to know our initial expectations and needs & wants for our first home. He helped show us online hundreds of listings and understand roughly what we could purchase given our budget across the GTA and all the way up to Innisfil & Barrie. After our initial search we quickly narrowed in on the Innisfil & Barrie region since our work situation would allow us to live outside the GTA. Alex had a great understanding of the homes already on the market in the area and we ended up seeing dozens of homes in the first couple weeks of looking. We quickly fell in love with a home in Barrie and Alex guided us through the offer process, carefully explaining all of the steps in the offer & what the next steps will be if the offer is accepted. With Alex's help, we had an offer accepted well under the asking price on a home that has been on the market for a couple months at this point but wasn't dropping their asking price as quickly as the market was cooling. Fantastic experience: I used Kamali Group Services before signing pre-construction house. We met Mo. He spent with us more than enough time to explain tons of info about market, house types, and million other things. Later on we honoured to meet Maya, when we had plan / sketch of our Preconstruction House in hands.
