Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience working with Hossien. He was disorganized and lacked attention to detail from the very beginning. As we were traveling from Iran and couldn’t view the unit in person, we relied on him to be our eyes and provide us with honest feedback. Unfortunately, he failed to check or inform us about major issues in the unit, including broken floors, plumbing problems, damaged bathrooms, and a broken washing machine. Despite these issues, he and the landlord still collected a full year’s rent upfront—$50,000—leaving us with no option to move or renegotiate once we discovered the problems. As a realtor, he had a responsibility to look out for our best interests, but instead, he and his team acted carelessly and unprofessionally, showing that they were only concerned with making money. I’m extremely grateful that I never purchased a home through him, and I will absolutely not recommend him to anyone. This experience was a major letdown, and I hope others are more cautious when choosing who to trust with such important decisions.
