Negative experience: This real estate brokerage is no good with many inexperience agents. I have experience with terrible services from one of agents in this brokerage. I do not recommend this brokerage to anyone who is looking for good real estate agent. If you are looking for a good & responsible real estate agent, it is very important to use Google rating/other social media sources on real agents providing services to you. Do not trust any agents with no ratings. They are not reliable and can not meet your expectation.

Negative experience: The worst. Some tips to remember: 1, whatever they promised, write down, and record by video. Please do it, cos they are layers, they won’t deliver their words. 2, They will not put your interest first! They will put their commission first. Whatever they say, or act, remember they love to do tricks to level up their commission, but your net income. They will never never with your side! 3, ask yourself, do you have money and time to waste! If you do, please deal with them, you will lose your money and waste lots of your life.

Negative experience: He took advantage of my family in times of need. Listed our house, didn’t sell for 3 months, then we found out from other agents he was declining offers so he could buy the house himself for personal benefit. Would definitely not recommend him, his team is predatory.

Negative experience: All the good reviews here are from a time of when the market was so hot the house sold itself. Listing agents here do almost nothing. No client service, horrible response time, take your business elsewhere to someone who really deserves your business on such a huge life decision of buying / selling your home. It's incredibly unprofessional to not respond to other realtors (from what I've heard on offer nights) let alone your own clients. Choose someone else I wouldn't trust them ad they don't care about you, just care about the sale/transaction.

Fantastic experience: I chose Johnson to get my pre-construction investment. I travel between Asia and Canada often therefore there is always jet lags. but woww, this guys really stayed up late for me so that we could properly communicate. Humble and professional, what else more can I ask for?

Negative experience: Lack of experience, uneven performance within the team. Poor communication and unable to explain what’s going on and next steps. This is all about strategy and planning and leaning of their expertise and got none of that.

Negative experience: My parents sold a house with them over a decade back. They gave us a contract for 1 year for some reason. Being inexperienced sellers, we signed this contract. (Typical contract only is for 3 month, or whatever the seller wish to be so you aren't tied down with a single agent). We signed this not knowing the repercussion ofc. Had an open house, during the open house, the agents were primary peddling their own flyers for other houses. When all was finished and done, they presented us with a single offer of their own buyer under market value of the house. Ofc this would allow them to get the full commission if they represent both buyer and seller. We decided not to sell, and unlist the house and then go with a different agent. When we tried, they wouldn't let us out of the 1 year contract we signed. Said we must sell with them because the listing was for an entire year. (Who leaves the house on the market with day on market beyond 2 month max?). This left a very sour taste in our mouth. We didn't want to sell for under market, so we were left without a choice but to stay out of the market for an entire year, but who know what twhat market would have been the year after !? Would not recommend, they are definitely out to make a buck and peddle their own ads doesn't have our best interest at heart.

Negative experience: One word – DISAPPOINTED! They are slow and not responsive. They have no sales strategies. Don’t be fooled if they told you they have clients at hand, they will not contact them. There are NOT doing more other than just sit and wait. They can only present you some old old success stories. If you are a seller, they will paint a gloomy market so to make you ask low….it is not they care about how fast your property can sell; it is about how quick they can make their commission. Don't you see the conflict of interest! They charge the most commission, but not doing more than other agents. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Fantastic experience: I sent the Jason Yu team a referral for a Mandarin Only speaking client that is a relative of one of my clients. My client said the sellers, their relatives, were upset because their home was not selling with their previous agent...and felt that their agent was not experienced in selling a home in the $2m+ price range. I sent the team, they staged it and had a whole office calling their past clients for buyers...they found one in a week and it sold 2 days later...firm no conditions...so Quick.
