Fantastic experience: I just wanted to leave a glowing review for Mehran. We clicked from the first time we met. I really liked his approach to real estate, his punctuality and his organization. Since we were from out of town, he asked us a series of question to try to match our needs and budget to a suburb in Toronto. Then, we went around on our first day to see a couple of houses in each of the different suburbs we had identifed. Do yourself a favour and select Mehran as your realtor, you will definitely thank me later.

Fantastic experience: Let me start with this : I do not leave a review at all. But it’s a shame if I do not leave a review for Mehran Malekzadeh. Living in another province and finding a house in another is for sure very challenging. On top on that, finding a realtor amongst a city full of realtors it makes it even harder. While being confused and stressed for finding a right realtor for our needs, who is also honest, knowledgable, caring and patient we heard about Mehran. From a client who already bought a house with Mehran’s help. Right off the bat, I felt at ease with questions he asked me about my future house and my needs. He assessed our needs and I really liked it because it was not a robotic connection. It was not one of those “ custom design” email and forward to all clients style. He created a list based on our budget, area we like, schools we chose and so on. He is punctual. Not even once he missed a phone call, text, or showing. For every single house he found us, he gave us a call and discussed the pros and cons. I know this may sound exaggerating but he is for real. Respectful, caring, knowledgable, honest, open. He even stopped me to put an offer on a house because he thought it was not a right one and I was making an emotional decision. Give yourself a favour and choose him. He deserves all stars but I can only choose 5. Thanks for making our experience very enjoyable. We need more people like you.

Back in 2022, Mehran helped me rent a condo, and from that experience, I immediately saw how professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy he was. So, when I decided to buy a home two months ago, he was the first person I called. Throughout the entire home-buying process, Mehran was incredibly patient and professional. He never rushed us or pressured us into making a decision. Instead, he made sure we took our time, explored different options, and only considered a home that we genuinely liked. That gave us the feeling that our satisfaction was just as important to him as it was to us. He also spent a great deal of time showing us different properties and encouraging us to explore various options so we could better understand what we liked and what we were looking for. His patience and attention to our preferences really showed how much he cared about finding the right place for us—not simply making a sale. In a time when the housing market is on an upturn, you brought to my attention an amazing opportunity and allowed me to get a great value for my house. This would never happened had it not been for your guidance and assistance, and I would be more than glad to refer you to others in the future. I will most definitely be contacting you for my next move, as I’m sure that you would take care of my needs with superior results once again. Thank you again for all your help, hard work and the excellent service you provided. Paul

Fantastic experience: I recently worked with Mehran to purchase a property in the Thornhill area and was very impressed with his level of expertise and professionalism and his negotiating abilities. Mehran took the time to show me different types of properties and worked hard to fine-tune what he showed based on my feedback. I never felt rushed or pushed in the process! I am very happy with what I purchased and thanks to Mehran's amazing negotiation and advice, I feel that my property has already appreciated by a substantial amount! I would not hesitate to recommend Mehran and look forward to working with him on my next real estate transaction!
