Negative experience: I WAS DISAPPOINTED ABOUT HIS TEAM MEMBERS. SPECIALLY WITH "MARINA YUSUFOV" ONE OF HIS SALESPERSON. VERY STRANGE PEOPLE.

Fantastic experience: We purchased a property with a family friend and had difficulty getting a mortgage. We came to Ilan for help to arrange one since we previously worked with him. Thankfully we had a financing condition that allowed us to get out of the deal because it didn’t make sense for us after all. Ilan showed us comparables and other properties for less than what we paid and was able to get us a mortgage approval within 3 days! Our previous agent had almost 2 weeks and couldn’t get it done and did not show us the right comparables to make a smart decision. Thank you

Fantastic experience: We found an off-market property in Vaughan on our own and made a private deal with the seller. We asked Ilan to review it before removing out conditions and very lucky we did. The property had a portion that was protected by the conservation authority and would have been almost impossible to develop on. Ilan renegotiated the deal for us and added some clauses to protect us. Thank you for your help!

Negative experience: I was ready to purchase a precon condo with Ilan however, when we spoke regarding this big purchase he was very arrogant and rushed me off the phone. Following that conversation, I tried to reach him multiple times and never heard back.

Fantastic experience: Ilan Joseph listed our house for sale back in January and sold it for $110,000 more than the highest price in the neighbourhood, even though ours was smaller than some of the others that recently sold. He was so comfortable and natural when handling the multiple offers and we know that without him we would never have gotten to the price we sold for. Fantastic experience: I am bit late on this review but better late than never. I hired Ilan to be my realtor after interviewing 7 potentials. Right off the start, I had a great vibe from him as he was easy to interact with. Besides the fact that he has an amazing, easy going personality...Ilan knows what he is doing and what he needs to do to sell your house! My house was on the market for about 30 days right around the time the market was seeing a bit of an impact due to the governmental announcements. We were not getting the traffic we wanted the first couple of weeks so Ilan suggested a different plan and I agreed. You need to be able to trust your realtor and listen to them as they know how to get the job done. In Ilan's case, I had full trust in him and in the end, our strategy worked! I sold my house for exactly what I wanted and in under 30 days when many if not all the houses in my neighbourhood (Maple) were on the market for many , many weeks. I now consider Ilan a friend and even though I judge his taste in shoes at times, he is a stellar Realtor and we will be working together for years to come. Thanks Ilan, you be awesome. Oh ya, and also a shout out to Ilan's home stager who turned my home into a show piece! For those that think staging does not matter...IT DOES!
