Fantastic experience: Worked and visited over 100 houses with Andrew in Richmond hill, Markham, north York, downtown and stouville, finally we choose the location of stouville to be our settled location in Canada regarding on the cost, size and neighborhood culture. As the new comer from HK, we are not familiar with many stuffs in this new area regarding house location pro and cons in different areas, daily transportation and nearby groceries shop and supermarket for our daily essential. Honestly Andrew place extra and unrivalled patience to answer “all our questions” on how to select the right house and location even I don’t think that it is the obligation of property agent to do. Fantastic experience: Andrew is extremely attentive to detail and really went above and beyond in helping me from the beginning to the end of the real estate transaction. My closing was Jan 22, but he is still messaging me to make sure my move-in is successful. Not to mention, he measured every damn corner of my new home to help me with furniture shopping (seriously, I mean it when I say above and beyond). Even as someone experienced in the mortgage industry, he really helped to fill in the knowledge gaps, notably, sharing his knowledge on home renovations. This made me extremely confident in the home I picked, both in knowing what additional costs to expect, and overall helped me to determine when a particular purchase is just not worth it. You won't find a more honest person. He voted AGAINST so many of my choices... at a certain point, I wasn't sure if he actually wanted his commission (crazy, right?). Andrew is truly passionate to help you find the home of your dreams, and ensuring that you are truly making a GOOD purchase. He constantly kept in mind all of the criteria that I was looking for, and continued to encourage me throughout the viewing process even when I felt like giving up (its a tough situation to be in). Fantastic experience: I haven't wrote comments for people in many years, but I'd like to make an exception to Andrew for his friendliness and professionalism in helping to get my first property in Toronto. I was still in Hong Kong 1.5 years ago when I started looking for a property in Toronto, and learned about Andrew from his YouTube videos. So I reached out to him and requested for his help. Though we haven't met in person back then, he is super friendly and patiently listened to my needs, instead of just throwing a couple popular properties to me like other agents did. He gave me much useful information and professional advice on the Toronto property market, and asked me to take time to do more researches, before jumping to decision too quickly. This is particularly important as many buyers I knew have regretted on purchase decisions because they made up their minds too quickly. Another impressive note is his tremendous help in facilitating our property touring virtually from Hong Kong. We have shortlisted over 10+ properties across multiple regions, and he patiently helped to make live video sessions (or at least video-recordings) from inside-out for *ALL* of them without complaints! It is so important to get a true view of the properties which, in many cases, were very different on how things look from photos. Also, instead of just selling the good things about the properties, he actually spent more time in sharing some details to watch out so I could avoid a lot of post-transaction repairs and fixes. One more point I'd like to highlight is he is not just treating you as a customer but more a friend. Fantastic experience: I have nothing for praise for Andrew. Many real estate agents want a quick sale and often turn down first time buyers because we may change our mind frequently and have a smaller budget. Andrew wasn't any of that and was happy to give me time and space in deciding where I want to buy and what I should look for. There's been more than a few times where he urged me NOT to make an offer because well, a house purchase isn't a pair of shoes you can return, and it's important to not settle for second best. I purchased a 1BR condo with Andrew during the summer and while I had a very good idea of where I want to buy, the market doesn't always work in your favour. Andrew was patient in reminding me to take my time and look out for what would make/break a good buy. He also has previous home reno experience so it was really helpful to have him point out if the property has previous water damages and what kind of budget I should expect to put down, if I were to renovate a property. Fantastic experience: Andrew is a person with never give up spirts as he helped us throughout 2 months.
