Negative experience: Working with Hamed and Behrad was an absolute nightmare. They constantly pushed decisions that clearly benefited their commission rather than my interest, by offering over-priced properties, which led to a great financial loss from my end. Hamed and Behrad consistently lied about the terms of the contract, hid structural defects of properties and only offered the listings that provided them with high commission. I later learned that many other clients had similar disastrous experiences with them. I will only recommend them to those who are looking to have their worst financial experience in their life.

Fantastic experience: I know Hamed (and his bother, Behrad) since 2015 that I was trying to purchase a property in GTA while I was living in London ON. Although that time I ended up purchasing my house in London, but I found them very reliable, trustworthy, and experienced. In late 2020 and during the pandemic, they did a great job and find me a property for investment in GTA. As I was a long-distance client, they had to visit different houses in a different area and setup a remote showing and sending videos from different views to help me to make a better decision. For the property that I purchased with their help, I just had two trips to Toronto, one for seeing the house before signing the contract and one before the closing date. After purchasing the property, Hamed and Behrad helped me with finding reliable tenants and also with the tenant's agreements, which was great. I definitely will be in touch with them in near future for another deal and I highly recommend them for a property buy or sale.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I bought our first house in Aug 2019. It is indeed true that you need someone knowledgeable when making such a big decision. We choose Behrad Bagherzadeh because a close friend referred him to us. It’s fantastic to find an agent who is motivated by building relationships rather than building commissions for himself. He does extensive market research before he makes the bid on the house. He is superb when it comes to negotiation. I highly recommend giving him a chance. Behrad is so thoughtful when it comes to his clients. Calling to check-in and ensure everything is alright, calling before and after the purchase is complete. We are blessed to have been introduced to this Young gentleman.

They do not judge, have great patience, always ready to help. We personally dealt more with Behrad and had a chance to meet Hamed occasionally. Both guys are awesome and professionally sound.
