Fantastic experience: I urgently needed to find a new place in downtown Toronto, and a friend recommended Raymond. This was my first time navigating the Toronto condo market, so I had a lot of anxieties and questions. I had originally been considering buying a property, and Raymond worked with me on that option. My story was that I bought a Toronto pre construction condo from an agent in HK. Later, my builder told me that part of my ceiling has to be dropped by 1 ft.
