Fantastic experience: Mihaela is a great real estate agent, she always listened carefully to our needs and came with adequate apartment proposals. I have been working with her twice so far, the first time being new to Canada (3 years ago), and she found in just a few days a list with apartments in Toronto (North York), which matched perfectly for the time being and in less than 2 weeks we found a great apartment, that had a very good school, a good and a quiet neighborhood. Fantastic experience: We dealt with Mihaela for our buying house and it has been an awesome experience. She is very knowledgeable and very patient in terms of assisting her clients and thoroughly assesses client’s need to provide best options available in the market. We recently bought a house in Barrie and before buying the house, we saw approximately 70-80 houses out of GTA. Even though she had to drive multiple times to these location, she never pushed us to settle on anything and kept us telling us which property is good for investment and what not. Finally we landed a deal with the very competitive price and as an investor it was an amazing deal for us. Even after the multiple bidding scenario, her reach with the real estate network helped us buying a property almost $100k lesser than the market price. Story doesn’t end here, this property had legal basement and dual unit rentability which will not help in paying mortgage by tenants but also will give us $300 positive cash flow after renting out both the unit. It was an amazing experience in achieving our goal as first time home buyer/as an investor. I will highly recommend her to anyone who is new to the real estate and need a broker/agent who would be fair and honest through out the process and will guide you with what property will fit in your budget and criteria. She is not pushy at all and that is the biggest thing for a buyer. You will never feel rushed or disconnected as she follows up with her clients regularly and keeps sending relevant listing. One last thing, she knows lot of brokers and agents and it helps in connecting with sellers broker and smooth out entire process. Highly recommend Mihaela for all your real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: We had Ms Mihaela Moraru as our realtor for the purchase of our new condo and we could not be happier with her professionalism and excellence. She engaged us in a process when we were not sure where to start and how to go about it, took the time to meet with us and explain the process and what it involves, prepared us for every step without putting any pressure, in a very customer-oriented and reassuring manner. We always had the feeling we had someone there with us to look after our interests. Mihaela is well-informed on the neighbourhoods, schools, and the surrounding areas. Once we identified a house we liked to see, she immediately scheduled appointments and went with us for the visit, while bringing all the needed information on the house, neighbourhood etc. It was fortunate we had all the reports from her on a condo we liked, as that proved not to be the best option for us after reading the reports she sent. When we went one step further and put an offer on a house, she negotiated for us in highly professional manner and made herself available until late in the night during a weekend. It was only due to her professionalism and high negotiations skills we could get the desired condo at a good price and in a short time after we started the negotiations. She was excellent in including all the clauses we needed in the contact to protect our interests in the best possible way (things that we did not even think about until she draw our attention on them). She never pressured, but showed us both good points and bad points, so we could take an informed decision. Even after our offer was accepted, she was with us every step of the way, helping us with her whole network team of lawyers, mortgage brokers, contracts etc which made all the process go very smoothly and less stressful. She called, e-mailed to ensure we are well informed, followed up on everything, joined us at different meetings and reviewed documents with us to offer more peace of mind for us as first time buyers. She succeed in turning a very stressful process into a pleasant and engaging event. The closing day also had its challenges, but Mihaela was there for us and her help was invaluable- she went above and beyond her duties as a realtor and we are very grateful for this. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a house, or in need of selling a house- she would represent her client's interests in the most professional way. Fantastic experience: We met Mihaela through one of our friends who are settled in Canada for more than 6 years and we are grateful to them for introducing us to Mihaela. Me and my husband are new immigrants, here on work permit. Mihaela understood our requirements and started looking for places accordingly. She was very professional in the way she worked.
