Fantastic experience: We started thinking to purchase a home a while back, but only got serious towards the end of the past summer. We started looking for homes, but could not find anything in our price range that would tick all the boxes. We finally found the perfect home and proceeded to put an offer, with a condition of financing. 24 hours passed with no response from the sellers. We were baffled, but figured since we offered less than the asking price, they were not happy with our price. Another week later, we went back with another offer, this time offering slightly more than the asking price and with no conditions. We were stunned when, 24 hours later, we received no reply from the sellers, not even a counter-offer asking for more money. We gave up on the home and started the search anew. Same thing happened, we could not find anything in our price range that would met our requirements. Fantastic experience: We meet Marius Mitrofan back in 2007 when after 3 years in Canada we managed to purchase a beautiful house in North York. We were looking to buy a townhouse (last or first unit only), but luckily, we listen to his advice to make a small financial effort and instead, to look for a semi detached house – a bit more expensive but only 1 neighbor, bigger backyard and way more privacy. We had an amazing experience during the purchase of the house with Marius Mitrofan, a real professional who managed to negotiate a good deal for us. 13 years later, my wife got a big promotion in Europe, and we decided to relocate there for a few years. Of course we got in touch with Marius (who else?) to help us rent out the house, and a week later after more than 30 viewings the house was rented. We left for Europe. A year went by, and our tenant got a house through divorce settlement, and she decided to move out of our property into her new house. Please Please do yourself a favour and find a different agent. George’s works for his father who’s the owner of the brokerage and together they try to create games that you will get stuck in. I had reached out to Marius to see a property he listed (13 noble drive) and i had found it on zolo. He explained that he could not show me property as he was listing agent and would send his George to show me the property. I did not know duel representation was being used and they were both going to benefit from this. Father (MARIUS MITROFAN - listing agent and owner of RE/MAX Realtron Marius Mitrofan Group) and son (George Michael Mitrofan - my agent) had me assume that they were going to get me a deal on a property (13 noble drive. Ajax) that was listed by Marius. Little did I know that their game was to get me sign an agreement without explaining anything to get me caught in the regurlar game of realtor. George is now suing my husband and I for purchasing a property we found and put offer through an agent. He had never once explained any pf the information and had rushed us to sign the documents to get us the deal
