It did not take long from when I contacted him for us to meet and I was impressed by not only his professionalism but his personableness and the fact that he spent over an hour with me going over all the details involved with the sale as well as options involved, etc. Despite being busy with other clients, Dilyar was readily available to answer texts and/or phone calls to by me with any questions and he was responsible for all aspects of my sale including minor renovations (which were covered by him) to staging, advertising, promotions, open houses and showings. My husband and I were first time home buyers, trying to find our first home in a market that was definitely working in favour of the seller; low supply, high demand and everything out of our budget.
