Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Travis and the IMBG team enough! I was looking for a quick sale on my house and was worried about the “cooling” housing market. The IMBG team promptly communicated throughout the whole process. Travis hired a general contractor to come in and complete some renovations to ensure the house was in top condition. Then the designers from Feather + Nest provided a detailed to-do list of everything to be completed prior to the complimentary staging, which made the process incredibly streamlined and STRESS-FREE. The house looked AMAZING once the team was finished with it, and it was ready to list. The professional photos and videography showcased everything beautifully. Fantastic experience: When we decided to put our home up for sale, we could have gone with the typical sales teams you see all over, but after meeting with Travis, we were sold (pun intended)! Travis, Michelle and the rest of the team were very helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions and helping to alleviate the stresses associated with putting our home up for sale. From the start, everything was clearly laid out and scheduled so that we didn’t have to worry about much at all. We did our part in taking care of a few touch ups around the home, but after that, cleaners were sent in, their designer/stager came and set up the entire home, professional photographers and videographers took pictures and videos etc. and everything was done on our schedule to make things that much easier on us!
