Negative experience: Worst realtor my family ever worked with. Do not work with this guy, he will not take accountability for his unethical actions. Protect your fortune and do not work with guy. / this guy is so low he is exposing my address after writing the first initial review. The review I wrote is late because I am still impacted through he careless and unethical conduct of work. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS UNQUALIFIED, untrustworthy, disgraceful realtor. He will not take any accountability and make up false excuses for his poor misconduct of work in the real estate industry.

Negative experience: Arul sivasubramaniam is a very unprofessional and disrespectful agent! Me and my husband were looking for a realtor to buy a home and he was one of the closest one to my area. After meeting with him he came and told me that there is a curse on my family he specially use the tamil word "katu" and only if we go to his church the curse will be lifted. He said he has God powers and he can see the evil in us. I was so sad and never ever had a experience like this in my life. I am also a catholic myself however he said only his church can cure us. Me and my husband was so sad we came looking for help to buy a house but incoutered a terrible experience. Mr.Arul learn how to be respectful of other people and if you are truly God child you will not say things like that.
After thoroughly reviewing our records, we have found no trace of any interaction or communication associated with your name or contact information. He actually had indepth conversations with me regarding my choices and helped me seal the deal with the best condo among all the options. We were able to get a rental place within a week in one of GTA's hardest to find locations. Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about Arul! He was truly a saint when it came to helping find our family a home. I had never thought to deal with a mortgage broker to find a rental, but I am so ecstatic we did? He worked around our schedule and drove in terrible weather to meet us. When we were unsure of one place, it was on to the next. He didn't quit until he found out perfect fit. One night he showed us seven houses, and not only was still incredibly enthusiastic about it, but he got to know us and our family through the conversations at each house to ensure he met our needs. I can NOT recommend Arul enough. I know where we will be going when we look at buying!

Fantastic experience: I once thought would it be possible obtaining a home given the crazy housing trends. I've met many relators and brokers but every one would say go out of the city 40 miles and you can get. When I met Arul, he's the first person who probably talked about the associated costs not just for my home but even for my day to day expenses and stuff. That's when I realized Arul can make my dream come true without going far off from the city which indeed turned out to be true. Arul is very professional, responsive and most importantly extremely committed to make sure your dreams are realized.

Hi Jham, Thank you so much for the kind review. It means a lot and it has been a pleasure working with you. Stay blessed.
Fantastic experience: I met Arul about 5 years ago when he helped me find a rental property for my family. He was very kind and helpful and went above and beyond to find us a home to meet our needs. It only made sense that I would reach out to him again when I was ready to buy our first home. Arul was very patient with me throughout our home search. He was able to find us a home that truly exceeded our expectations and stuck to our initial budget. He was even able to negotiate a price below asking - which felt like winning the lottery! After moving in to our home, we were faced with an unexpected plumbing issue. As we did a Property Inspection prior to closing, the sellers were not willing to assist with the Plumbing bill. Arul took it upon himself to pay out of pocket for our expenses and it really showed me how much he cares about his clients. Thanks again Arul for helping us find our dream home and for exceeding our expectations with your level of service and expertise!
