Fantastic experience: Anna is a force of Nature. Our home was on the market last year with limited activity and very few offers. When we contacted Anna she came well prepared with a realistic pricing strategy. She advised us on how best to prepare the home for showings. On the day the house went on the Market, we had four showings scheduled and another four over the course of four days. Anna followed up with all of the people who viewed the home and their agents and on day four we had two offers, one for full asking which we accepted. Once we had an accepted offer Anna prepared an offer for the Condo we were interested in and after a little back and forth we had an offer $10,000 under asking accepted. I cannot praise her work enough and will not hesitate to refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Anna may not remember this but when I retired ten years ago, our financial adviser asked us to get an appraisal of the home to help setup a financial strategy. Anna did the appraisal knowing that we had no interest in selling at that time. Some agents might have seen that as an opportunity to follow up regularly asking if we were ready to sell. Fantastic experience: This was my first time having to sell a house and Anna made the entire process seem so easy: clear explanations and answers, being available even at midnight and having all the paperwork done online! Anna listened, advised, staged the house, gave up her Saturday afternoon after the house was sold to be there for the buyers visit, and even replaced the batteries for the remotes during the buyers last visit. Anna went above and beyond all expectations. She is extremely professional, compassionate, kind, warm and very perceptive. The house sold within a few days of being on the market!
