Fantastic experience: We have lived in their unit for just about 2 years within those 2 years we have only had 2-3 maintenance issues. Once brought to the attention of Envision the issues were fixed right away. 5 stars for sure!

Negative experience: I had a very poor experience with Envision Real Estate Services (Envision YXE) in Saskatoon. After moving out, I did not receive my damage deposit, despite leaving the rental unit in good condition. I had to pursue the matter through the legal process, and a court order was issued requiring Envision YXE to return my damage deposit. Instead of complying, they have chosen to appeal the decision, further delaying repayment. The rental unit was overpriced for the condition and service provided, and tenants beware! I would not recommend renting through this company.

Fantastic experience: Arranging a tour of the property was quick and effortless. The team responded to all of my questions promptly, and the entire process was incredibly seamless. I was genuinely impressed.

I was ending a lease months before it’s time, but she guided me and most importantly assisted in getting someone to take over the property. Ashleigh is reliable , professional and highly recommended . Envision real estate is a customer focused rental agency. The team went above and beyond in assisting me .

Negative experience: Very bad experience. They didn’t return my deposit, and after a year they tried to sue me but humiliated themselves. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They are scammers and will try to scam you every chance they get. And btw, I won, but I still can’t get my deposit as it was too late to request. They didn’t even offer to give me my deposit back even after I won. This shows how unprofessional these guys are. If this was a reputable company, they at least would have offered to give me my deposit back as I won the lawsuit.

Fantastic experience: Been there six years loved the place and tenants will miss it . The parking lots where kept up good with Winter cleaning and Summer sweeping.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Envision regarding my damage deposit. Despite leaving my unit in more than reasonable condition and providing professional cleaning for the carpets, they still withheld part of my deposit for “additional cleaning.” The lease clearly stated the requirement was to return the unit reasonably clean, which I fully complied with. Unfortunately, they never provided clear details on what supposedly required seven hours of extra cleaning. Communication was vague, and the process felt unfair and not transparent. When I received the unit, it was not deep cleaned, which is why the contract only required me to leave it reasonably clean. However, at move-out they suddenly applied deep-cleaning criteria to justify keeping part of my security deposit. I would strongly caution others—any other company will definitely treat you better. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Envision at all.

Negative experience: They made me fill out an extensive application for a 3 bedroom apartment in order to even look at the property. The description of the neighbourhood was wrong, which should have been my first clue. It said it was in Brighton but it was located in Evergreen. As soon as I finished the application, a day later they tell me the place is taken. They left their add up on the rental site, after telling me it’s no longer available. I had to report them to the rental site for this. I think they lure people in with an unavailable, underpriced rental property so that you can get pre-approved so they can up sell you a more expensive rental property. Classic bait and switch. I’ve been renting for years and have a great track record. As a renter this company was frustrating to deal with. A person should not need to be pre approved just to see a rental! Likely why it takes so long to find a renter for people. Meanwhile your lack of professionalism, lack of correspondence and lack of accountability has scared away a renter who’s never missed a payment and has excellent references. Even your response is filled with inaccuracies. You never called me or responded to me so why would I call you to discuss my situation, you don’t want good renters!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I took a virtual tour of several properties with Darrel and the experience was fantastic. Darrel was enthusiastic, thorough, and was always willing to answer questions professionally and honestly. He took us through 3 properties in one sitting, driving between them after each tour. Overall, it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I was helped by Darrel and he made it a very easy and painless process for getting a pre-approval and getting a lease in place. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Jamie was also incredibly helpful during this process as well. Both of these people were wonderful and very easy to work with and made the process much easier and stress free.

Fantastic experience: Overall great service etc Had some trouble with the owner about a few things but enivison cleared it up , only reason moving is the owner is selling the property. I would suggest getting a better service for notifications to the tenants as sometimes emails go to junk mail etc maybe a texting app or something else similar or even a phone call to confirm that email was received but that's minor I would rent again from enivison also recommend u check them out

Negative experience: This place is ridiculous, I tried to apply a house rental when "nothing is available" or getting rejected due to their non existent document, and "credit system" that was never brought up, don't waste your time over there.

Negative experience: Do not rent from them. They will try to keep your deposit if they find a single piece of dust, make their tenants professionally clean the carpets even though that isn't a tenant's responsibility for reasonable wear and tear, and don't consider painting for normal wear and tear (their words "light touch ups") their responsibility. They are scumlords. Avoid at all cost.

Fantastic experience: Overall, the company has been wonderful. There is quick and enthusiastic response to comments and concerns from tenants. There was potential concern thinking the company was based in Saskatoon, but they are in Regina as well with a well setup network of contractors to handle things. Had the opportunity to meet Jeff in person, and he is a great guy. He believes in the safety and fostering of the building community, which is fantastic. After a tenant left, he was in the building setting up an ozone machine in the vacant unit, as well as took the time to vacuum the public halls himself, that is above and beyond expectation. Renewing my lease was a pleasant experience, especially considering that the company took over from Cressman in the summer. The takeover of managing the building by the company was smooth, and our concerns were heard and adapted to. Professionals is definitely a great descriptor for the company.

As a condo owner, I used the services of this company to put my condo on rent. From the very beginning, Ms. Chantara Sawatsky - Business Development Manager, took great initiatives from staging, to presenting the rental property to prospective renters. In fact she and the team go extra mile from customer orientation perspective. Much appreciated. For the transparent and good services rendered, will like to recommend Real Canadian Property Management Professional Inc. company to others.

Negative experience: Slow to respond and a lot of cost for little results.

Fantastic experience: I had very good experience with Real Property Mangement. All paper works were smooth and fast. Jamie Took extra steps to get this done. She is a super star!!

Negative experience: I rented through this company for 4 years and everything was fine during that time until it was time to leave. Upon moving in, the house wasn't overly clean with lots of dust, peeling paint and nicks in the walls. So after hiring professional cleaners, the inside of the house was cleaner than it was when we got there. With the exception of some things that were left behind in the backyard, we thought everything was fine to get our damage deposit back. A few weeks later, we received an email saying not only were we not getting our damage deposit back, but that we owed an additional $1,500.00 for damages and cleaning that had to be done. There was no walk through at the end of our vacancy to tell us any of the things they wanted remedied, just a big fat bill sent our way. Dealing with this sort of thing is never enjoyable but the staff sure didn't help with their responses either. We filed a case with the ORT when we moved out and 8 months later we just received notice that we won the case and will be getting a large portion of our damage deposit back and owing nothing to this company let alone the $1,500.00 they were trying for. Would suggest not renting through this company.

I have been stuck in a bind a few times and they have always gotten back to me quickly with easy solutions! I plan to continue to rent this company for as long as I'm able to solely based on their customer service.

Negative experience: I worked with this company both as a renter and an owner. Stay away from them if you care about your money and property. They are only after your money. The renters that they found ended up putting locks on the doors on bedrooms (probably for renting the bedroom out) and nothing was done to prevent or compensate this. They were really bad in communication. Always late and incomplete communications. They frequently charged me for trivial things with high prices (e.g. battery change for the door bell).

Fantastic experience: I have been using RPM Professionals for a year. I am very grateful for their service. They offer more and better services than my previous property manager in Saskatoon. They pay the utility bills and split them between the units, provide eviction protection, and issue monthly statements. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I would never rent from this company again. All the care about is money and how much they can take from you.

Fantastic experience: The people from real property management are highly professional and take good care of their customers. Especially, I wish I could give Jamie an extra star. She came down to show me the rental property on her day off as she considered for my time and availability. I will love to have rental with them and will recommend others

Fantastic experience: In April I moved into a property managed by Real Canadian Property Management. They have been nothing short of spectacular. The first unit I saw wasn't a good fit for me, but they helped me find another unit that was even better. Since moving in, there have been some minor maintenance items to be taken care of, and they have been dealt with thoroughly and quickly. The maintenance team are great. The office staff are also incredibly communicative, and their online portal/text number are very easy to use. There are plenty of bad property management companies out there. Real Canadian Property Management however is one of the good ones. Keep up the good work!

Chantara did a great job of finding a tenant and finishing the last few details before renting it out. Her ability to communicate is exceptional. RPM provides a top-notch staff for enhancements and upgrades. Everything, including the rental costs based on market research, went incredibly well.RPM ensured that I received the right treatment. Negative experience: Landlord beware. - RPM doesn't require the landlord's approval for maintenance costs under $300, which we didn't think was a big deal but we saw regular repair charges (once to twice per month) that were for very minor things in the range $60-$150 including replacement of smoke detector batteries, fastening a screw on the railing, etc. - When RPM was required to find a new tenant for our downstairs suite they were in no rush. You can understand why as they charge $50/week for "vacant property check fees". This amount is greater than the amount they would earn in management fees when our downstairs suite was occupied. RPM had 2 months notice from our tenants and seemed uninterested in finding new tenants. After 1 month of inaction my wife and I posted ads on Facebook marketplace and gave RPM a shortlist of tenants. - In addition our tenants constantly complained about RPM, right at the start they charged each tenant a mandatory $185 fee to sign up for emails. Which we were told just ended up being annoying and unhelpful. - We really wanted RPM to work and paid a premium price over competitors but it was a bad experience in so many ways. - We did the math and although paying 11% for management fees on paper it ended up costing us closer to 20%/mo between unnecessary house visits, admin fees, start-up fees, etc.

Negative experience: Ive been renting from this company for almost 3 years and i recently moved into a new property not one bit happy in the condition of this place. There are so many maintenance issues that should of been taken care of prior to me moving I get the sense that this company doesn't really care about their tenants they are more focused on their profit margins. I would class them in the slum lord category be weary if you consider using them.

Fantastic experience: I’m an owner and the whole team has been amazing to deal with. We have 3 properties that they manage and they’re quick to respond and eager to fix problems. They balance the line between caring for owners and tenants well. We feel confident that our properties are in good hands and that our tenants are happy.

Negative experience: I had really bad experience with real property management at Saskatoon , specially unjustified maintenance charges every month such as RA maintenance charges each month, small burning smell cost me more than $300 without replacing any part or servicing anything and when I asked lady in maintenance department said it shouldn't be that much and will ask contractor to refund but never get it back. Contract for property management said more than $300 charges will contact the owner but spent more than $500 without asking after a month when I asked for clarification one of the supervisor said by mistake its overcharged $500 to adjust the door and previously it was approved by maintenance supervisor and when I asked her she said she agreed it's overcharged and do not know why, big communication gap within the team, never ever hire this company or recommend this company for property management.

They even helped with the tenant insurance which is a new thing for anyone travelling from India. She took care all all the small and little things wonderfully well. The best thing is that she got our apartment ready before time and we didnt have to spend extra money at airbnb waiting for the apartment to get ready.
