Fantastic experience: Jordan is amazing to work with and the whole Boyes Group team is awesome and friendly!

Negative experience: I do NOT recommend Reshani Perera as a Realtor. She deceived us by sharing just part of the estoppel package instead of it fully. We were not aware the condo reserve fund was below the level it should be and as a consequence condo fees were going up. Her behaviour is bad for buyers and sellers because the buyer can walk out on the deal even after removal of conditions in case the seller's realtor acts in bad faith / with gross negligence.

Negative experience: Our experience with Reshani Perera was very disappointing and unprofessional. She received the full Condo Estoppel package from the condo management but only shared part of it with us through Google Drive, and access was limited to just seven days. When it came time to close the deal, our lawyer asked for the full Estoppel package. We contacted her multiple times and she ignored us. Only after insisting that the lawyer required it did she finally forward the complete email she had originally received from the condo management. What she failed to send earlier included several important documents. One of them was the Reserve Fund Study, which clearly stated that the reserve fund was low and that condo fees would be increasing. This was essential information that should have been shared before conditions were removed. Withholding it until after that point felt deceptive and unacceptable. There were also several errors in the listing she created, which caused additional confusion and frustration. I would not recommend working with Reshani Perera. If she is involved in your transaction, even on the other side, be very careful

Fantastic experience: Recently purchased a home in Saskatoon . Living 3hrs away , Jordan made the process so easy ! Was more than helpful and answered any questions or concerns we had , in a very timely manner . Start to finish the entire process was as smooth as could be . Highly recommend !

Negative experience: As a homebuyer, my experience with this realtor - Paul Lindo was extremely disappointing. After my home inspector flagged radon in the home as a possible health concern, I added a clause in the purchase agreement and I personally bought a radon detector and handed it to the realtor in his office about a month before possession to be placed in the home. He failed to do so until possession day. The radon levels turned out dangerously high, now I’m living in a home with radon levels above Health Canada’s safety limit. His response was in the line of “Saskatoon has high radon” and I should open windows—completely unacceptable and dismissive of health risks. The listing included a shed, but it was missing upon possession. The realtor denied any knowledge until I provided photo proof of his actual listing and even of the purchase agreement, at which point he casually said the tenant might have taken it—even though the shed’s base was still in the yard. Indoor wall-mounted hooks were stripped out too. The washer and dryer were faulty on day one, showing error codes. No follow-up checks—just indifference. This realtor acted as a dual agent. I would not recommend him or his brokerage. If you’re buying a home, look elsewhere. PS: I have proof and documentation for everything mentioned above.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I just purchased our first home with the help of Yoma Patel. Yoma went above and beyond in this competitive market to help us find the right home that would suite all our needs as first time home buyers. We had a couple small hiccups (nobody’s fault) during the process but Yoma was on top of everything every step of the way making sure we had the least amount of stress, but were still informed. Yoma is so well spoken and kind, she also is a wonderful negotiator with her clients best interest at heart. Yoma may be new to the game, but that gives her more motivation in getting her clients the best deal and best home for them. I would recommend Yoma and her perfectionism to everyone, but especially to first time home buyers!!

Negative experience: We bought are house 2 years ago..form boyes group Are agent was the selling and buying agent.. It was great sevice til we moved in.. After me moved in we never heard a word form are Agent. There after care sucked. Not going to name are agent on here..but the big kick in the teeth..is she lives a block form us.. It would have been nice to even got a card or a check up..we were first time home owners

Negative experience: Jared helped us to secure our 1st home, had a good negotiating skill with the former owner. When it comes to things to be replaced he trivialize it and says is " cup cake amount" or at times he says "is it a deal stopper" only to buy those stuff expensive relating with him was ok. but I am not happy with people he recommended to help to fix some stuff making me to spend more out of my pocket. I will most likely use a competitor realtor for next house

Fantastic experience: Richard Rink recently sold my father's condo, and it was a challenging process since my dad is elderly and lives out of province. Richard communicated with my father, my siblings and me in a professional, patient, courteous, and thorough manner, even when faced with unexpected challenges. He was always available to address our concerns, despite the time difference. He is an exceptional realtor, and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Richard Rink was our agent, and I have to say, what a persistent and conscientious fellow, he managed to pull off a difficult sale, at a price higher than we had expected, faster than we expected. I say difficult because we did it all remotely, selling a condo for our father, who has early onset dementia, and was not very cooperative. Richard went WAY beyond the usual call of duty.

Fantastic experience: Jordan Boyes will meet or exceed all of your real estate wants and needs. We were casually interested in a new home, but not in any rush. Jordan kept up on the new listings and would send a select few that seemed like they would align with our wants. We are busy and he did not waste our time showing us dozens of listings or bringing us to houses that didn’t suit us. We saw two homes from his curated list, and bought the second one. Once we found a home, we realized it was now time to sell our current property (something we had not done before). Jordan set us up for success with a meeting with a professional stager and real estate photography. He also provided us with market research to show us why he chose the listing price he did. All of the hard work from all parties paid off as we received asking price less than 12 hours after the listing went up on MLS. Jordan is super responsive via text message (something we all want nowadays), is extremely knowledgeable, does not get irritated if you ask a lot of questions, and is generally a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jordan to anyone and we will use his services again when we next need assistance with real estate.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, very efficient, Knows the Market really well to sell your place and/or help you purchase a new house at best rate. He helped my wife and I both sell our place and find a new home in a week. Sold our house in 5 hours and had a backup for us 2 days later. 2 days after that we found the home we decided to buy. I liked Jordan's no pressure regular automated e-mails with properties that met our criteria. Once something caught our eye, Jordan was quick to set up a virtual tour. It was a little scary to buy a property without being able to physically see it first (pandemic restrictions) but Jordan was helpful and honest about the homes we viewed. Jordan was easy to reach, timely, and professional throughout the whole experience. Our purchase date was well ahead of our moving to the city, so Jordan is even helping us manage and rent out the property so that we make a bit of money prior to moving in. Negative experience: Used Chris Molenaar and although he is nice, I would NOT recommend him. Communication and service were lacking expectations. We lived 300km away from the house we were selling and after ensuring our tenants left the house in good condition, was later notified the house was not clean inside, with no evidence provided. Instead of dealing with it himself, his assistant sent us an amendment to the purchase agreement to ensure the house was in clean and move in condition, further adding to an already stressful transaction. After leaving a negative review on the feedback form he sent after the closing date, Chris sent me a text saying "about to send you guys a gift in the mail before I received that" (I have the screen capture of this saved). I gave him a chance to clarify his position after I thought we settled our differences but it appears clients indeed only get gifts if they leave positive reviews. Beware.
