Negative experience: Michelle did not do her due diligence when I asked her about condo fees when I was purchasing my home. Several times she told me that water was included. It is not.... and her mistake adds roughly $1500 to my yearly budget. Mistakes are human but her ghosting me and not responding to my text message after inquiring what was mentioned about water in the Estoppel was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and in my opinion her admission of guilt. I'm very disappointed she wouldn't even respond after getting a large commission. She may have good reviews but I do not recommend. EDIT: Check out some of the experiences people have shared about her on Reddit. Google reviews don't tell the whole story about this agent.

Fantastic experience: We first met Michelle when we were in the initial decision to downsize from our home to a condo. Michelle was such a great realtor to work with. Even though we ended up not downsizing at that time we did a few years later and I regret not using Michelle. I know she would have worked diligently for us on the sale of our home and the purchase of our condo. We opted to go with the builder’s real estate agent who wanted us to list our house at the lowest of the appraisal amounts. Never again. If we ever have need of a real estate agent we will be contacting Michelle.

Years ago, my brother bought a condo in Vancouver, and he had a buyer's agent to help him, so I decided to find a buyer's agent in Saskatoon. After looking around and making a few calls, I decided to go with Michelle, and I'm glad I did. The process of finding and buying a home is quite complicated, and she made it a lot easier than if I'd tried to do it on my own. For example, she prepared a professional offer document, she helped me line up a property inspector, she gave all the necessary paperwork to my lawyer, and she interacted with the seller's agent. Fantastic experience: I've bought and sold multiple houses with Michelle as my realtor. She's great. She doesn't try to sell you a house. She tries to help you find the right house for you to buy. There's a major difference between those two methods of being a realtor. We've walked into home and back out in under a minute when it's been obvious that it wasn't the right one. We've found problems in homes that we thought were the right one because of her diligence in looking into things. That has saved me from making a mistake. We have worked through selling my home when an issue came up during the process. And she has helped me find the right home for a couple different stages of my life. Negative experience: We have left several messages and texts for this realtor in regards to purchasing commercial properties, specifically multi family dwellings. Couldn't be bothered to call us back. We even called the manager of this real estate company and she also couldn't take the time to call us back. Thank godness we found someone who did with another firm. Totally profesional and will help us invest into 1 or 2 properties.
