Fantastic experience: It is no secret that Saskatoon is currently in a tough housing market, but Ryan helped us navigate these market conditions for our benefit. In 2018, he listed and sold 2 properties for us. Both in a higher price bracket and both times got us the top end of our expected price range. He will be honest and direct about the listing/valuation, but he knows what he's talking about. Following his recommendations on how to present the house properly yielded us multiple offers, and although we were ready to accept a lower offer, he knows "the game" and negotiated on our behalf to get us every dollar possible. I listed my condo for sale and the day they went to take pictures the roof leaked and flooded the unit.
