Fantastic experience: Amshan is the only realtor I’d trust within the GTA. I thought my criteria for a realtor was too high because I was so used to a “ superficial “ approach and salesmen tactics from most representatives in any transaction. With him, only a caring and kind individual who wants the best for my preferences. BEFORE he even puts himself into the equation is what I get. If you’re looking for anything and even just guidance , stop because you’ll waste your time with others when Amshan can address everything you need in a simple interaction.

He updated our lists of options constantly and his communication was astonishing, not just with myself but with the other side to make sure the deal was respectable and matched both our values. I was very impressed how light he made things in such a stressful time and the trust we put him was well worth it as he was kind, detail oriented and authentic with our situation. Negative experience: The worst service I had. I would not recommend Amshan, he over promised but did not deliver and when I told him about the issues. He ignored my message. The issue was caused by him and he did nothing to fix it. It caused me more money to close my condo because of his advice. I would not trust his words at all and would never recommend him as a realtor. He doesn’t know anything about the industry and only cares about his commission.
