Expérience fantastique: The men of the maintenance team from Simco were hired by the board of Legacy Estates - Patterson to repair 18 horrendous holes in the first floor North hall ceiling left by another contracting company. The work that was done by the Simco men to repair the damage was beyond perfection. The workers were very friendly as well as professional. It could have been a messy job but the care taken by the crew to protect the walls and carpet as well as clean up was admirable. Noise was minimal and work was done quickly and efficiently. Expérience négative: I don't usually do bad reviews but I was patronized and ignored by a SandraVan Dyk from Simcoe for bringing up and issue of being double charged by management and The city for trash removal. The problem was never resolved. I moved away so I stopped trying but there's still a whole community of people being charged twice for a city service.

Expérience fantastique: Jasmin from Simco has been our property manager (Canyon Creek Heights) for a couple of years now and has been efficient and responsive to the condo board's concerns and those of the residents. Issues have been dealt with in a timely and thoughtful manner. Her attendance at board meetings facilitates things and helps keep meetings productive. All in all, an excellent job.

The building, as it ages, requires constant touch up paint and sanitation ( garbage room ) .. both of which have been brought to Simco's attention. Expérience négative: They don't answer. I ended up getting another set of key fobs myself. I finally got an answer when a new manager was assigned. Seems to be the only time I get answers, when managers are cycled every few months. Honestly I feel bad for the managers, they're probably slammed given the insane turnover rate. The fake reviews don't exactly inspire confidence, either.... Edit: another situation where my building is left helpless with a broken door and the board is forced to take action when it is very much Simco's job - nobody answers, nobody picks up the phone, nobody does their job. Property management companies typically manage properties, right? Why are we paying them to manage our property if we have to manage it ourselves when it needs managing? Is this business a scam?

Expérience positive: We have lived in Lyric 2 for 16 months, we have enjoyed the community at Westman. I have seen Ivy showing the Westman Village to prospective clients and I am amazed how positive and personable she is when we meet . Ivy always mentions me by name which is remarkable considering how many people she must deal with through out the year. We have had Andrew come in to repair a few items and I have always found him courteous and respectful . I see Andrew everywhere in maintaining the complexities of the building. Grant I don’t usually talk with but when I have he comes across knowledgeable, polite and helpful. After my husband passed about a year ago, I found it increasingly sad to be in my larger home and missing him and being in the house that was filled with so many memories became hard. My son lives in mahogany and suggested i go and look at the mahogany Westin Village set up. I was introduced to Ivy Go and she was amazingly kind and patient with me and tried diligently to make me feel reassured that this new lifestyle I was entering would be fabulous for me. Angela at the front desk was always kind because I became a bit of a pain always wanting to come in and talk to the staff just to Make sure I was a New all the set ups in the rules and where to go and what to do. i've only been in the centre for 4 1/2 months and I've had a few little issues that iPhone to the front desk and they send people like Andrew up immediately to look at the appliances or whatever it is a lot of the times it's just that I don't know how to work them properly I was so used to my own appliances and after living in my home for 40 years, I thought this change was going to be a difficult one, but everybody here, including Grant the property manager have been amazingly helpful the activities that are provided for people of all ages and stages of their life isn't fabulous and I've realized that if I'm lonely, and I don't feel I've got anything to do. It's my own fault because they truly know how to help people who are in my particular situation. They've been so good and kind and patient with me and they also are very flexible. I was told I could do anything I wanted in my new apartment wallpaper whatever to make it feel my own. I thought that was very amazing because I'm only renting. The grounds, the other buildings and every area I go to they're constantly keeping everything cleaned and presentable. I noticed the other day that they were downstairs washing all the parking stalls down. They have a car wash here. It just goes on and on with activities set up facilities I can do art classes I can go to woodworking classes. I can paint I can go to the gym I can do line dancing I can go to aqua size and everywhere I go. Everybody is so friendly and I finally feel even after only four months that this is now my home Thank you, Simco management. You've made this transition for me so such a nice experience.

Expérience fantastique: It is a pleasure to write a review for the Simco Team at Westman Village! First, Ivy Go has was so helpful in every regard when I moved into my condo. She made the process simple and covered all bases perfectly. She feels like a fiend at this point. After moving in there were a few small fixes that needed doing and they were handled quickly and efficiently by Andrew. I can trust him to come into my apartment when I’m out to do the work. And…he likes my dog!! The front desk staff in the office are always friendly and helpful.
