Stay Locations

Negative experience: Cancelled my reservation because they sold the condo and were extremely rude

Fantastic experience: We came for a west Kelowna u18 minor hockey tournament. Having the living space in comparison to a hotel room made for a much more comfortable 3-4 days. Very thoughtfully stocked. All our needs were met for this October stay. Only recommendation would be we wished there was a mirror in the bedroom with having only the one bathroom/one mirror to share with 4 of us. Thank you for accommodating an early check in at the very last minute. Response time is almost immediate.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful resort. Condo was exactly as pictured and extremely well stocked.

Fantastic experience: Stay was great! Would come back again! Clean, stocked, central location

Fantastic experience: Great location, beautiful views, awesome pool and friendly host. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience would 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: It was great location all the building amenities were really good and it was in a good quiet location yet close to everything needed!

Fantastic experience: Best stay ever! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience ! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our stay was amazing! Location was exceptional, cleanliness was amazing, the condo had everything we needed. The building has a problem with the air conditioning and the owner came with 30mins with a window air conditioner and fixed the problem. Awesome customer service! We will always book this property when coming to Kelowna!

Fantastic experience: Awesome location to UBCO and airport! Lots of walking trails, golf and a beautiful peaceful atmosphere! Looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic experience: An exceptionally well equipped residence with excellent indoor and outdoor space. We also really enjoyed the amenity centre adjacent to our building. We would definitely return to this VRBO the next time we are in Kelowna!

Fantastic experience: We were lucky enough to find this stunning property on short notice after our original accommodations fell through. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The amenities were a great incentive and well taken care of. Booking the property was smooth and easy especially on such short notice, kudos to the host.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful location for weekend getaways or longer stays. Great communication with the owners and prompt issue resolution when needed.

Fantastic experience: The Playa del Sol condo is well located (close to a nearby beach and park). All other amenities are within a short 10 mins drive. We were given clear instructions of how to access the building and parking a few days beforehand and checking in was extremely easy. The condo has a pool and gym which we used often. The area was quiet. We love how well equipped the kitchen was and the washer / dryer unit was a plus when the kids like to use the pool daily. There were three TVs (one in the living area and two in each of the main bedrooms). They are all connected to Roku so it made streaming extremely easy. If we ever visit Kelowna again with the family, we will definitely choose this place again. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic week my family of 5 had here! Everything was perfect!!! We have stayed in many Airbnb’s throughout the world and this was one of the most well equipped units. It was spacious, clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. Access to the pool and lake was so simple. It was safe for children. The bedrooms for the kids had black out curtains to avoid excessive early morning light which was a pleasant bonus. Close to beautiful wineries and less than 10 min away from major grocery and food chains. Great grounds and pool, with a nice dock and beach front. Clean property, lots of other children for the kids to make new friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience: Our group stayed at the Playa del Sol location in Kelowna and had a blast! Amazing condo and Brock was very helpful. Anytime I had a question about the suite or regarding our reservation (like early check-in, which Brock made possible for us!) we always had a super quick and clear response which was appreciated. The sleeping arrangements were clean and comfortable, and the suite was in pristine condition overall. Would definitely stay with Stay Locations again!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Stay Locations! The apartment was exactly as described and nicely situated in downtown Kelowna.

Fantastic experience: I want to express my deep gratitude for your hard work. One day, a surgeon envied his friend, a pathologist: “I have to work with people, and unfortunately, with living people”. So, I wish you more warm grateful customers)

Fantastic experience: Staff was very helpful, communication was great. Unit in Great condition Clean, quiet would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to stay, very clean and comfortable

Fantastic experience: Condi was amazing. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Bed was very comfortable and the amenities room was spectacular. I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Brock has helped me find excellent accomodation in three different properties for two, four, and eight month periods, and each time it was a last minute thing, but he was still able to came through for me. And each time he was very attentive and thorough with any issues or any problems whatsoever. Whenever I needed to contact him he responded immediately and everything was taken care of properly and professionally. I'll be using Brock's services into the future for certain, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of affordable high quality accommodation and excellent service. Gary Lyndon.

Fantastic experience: Awesome location! Clean, tidy and the host was so good at communicating. I highly recommend renting from Stay Locations

Fantastic experience: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay right at the lake. The place had everything we needed for some relaxing days, and it was very peaceful, too.

Fantastic experience: Great option if you’re looking for an affordable place that sleeps a family and has all the amenities that make it feel like home. Clean, safe, comfortable. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: Had a great stay. Easy to communicate with and home was a great location.

Fantastic experience: Seclusion bay is such a special place. We’ve stayed in multiple cabins and condos and they have all been comfortable, cozy and clean. The lake front is the real draw and it couldn’t be more perfect for a family getaway. Hosts are always easy to contact and fast to help!

Fantastic experience: Loved our getaway!!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best parts of the whole stay was the location! We stayed on the lake and had access to the beach, where my children swam and enjoyed the water. It was also quiet, and the view was spectacular! Wonderful! I will be booking again for our next trip.

Fantastic experience: Great stay! Highly recommend. Hoping to return next year.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful accommodations with great management

Fantastic experience: Stayed at an apartment in Kelowna and Brock and Angie made sure we had a great experience. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. The apartment was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The gym was actually well-equipped, and the pool was clean and a nice spot to relax. Would definitely book this place again

Everything was done remotely for us as well! Response time was great, the location/condo was clean and full of amenities. Would absolutely stay with them again! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: We have had a fabulous vacation in West Kelowna. Brock has been easy to communicate with even dropping in to say hello and make sure everything with our rental was in order. The friendly caretaker on site, and the kitchen and toiletry supplies provided by Stay Locations were very much appreciated. A beautiful and peaceful resort - we will be back!

Fantastic experience: Great condo and location as well

Fantastic experience: Had a great stay in West Kelowna, absolutely stunning spot. Room was clean and the place met our every need! Stay Locations will be the only outlet I use for days I find myself in the beautiful Kelowna Area, thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Très bel endroit, propre, tranquille

Fantastic experience: Fantastic stay at the beach cabins in Seclusion Bay! Brock was very responsive, and we were able to arrange for paddleboard rentals to use during our stay very quickly. The view, private beach and caretaker, Pete, were all amazing and we'll definitely be back again.

Fantastic experience: My family of 5 loved our two night stay at the condo. Way more comfortable with 3 kids than a hotel room. The pool and hot tub area were amazing! The condo was very clean and had tons of extra linens and pillows. They provided very clear check in instructions and were prompt to respond to any/everything. The beautiful view from the balcony was a cherry on top! Close to everything in West Bank, which was an added bonus. We will definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience: The View and Location was perfect!

Positive experience: Our stay at # 409 3220 Skyview Lane was mostly a positive two-week experience. The view is wonderful. With the exception of the stove (oven and top not cleaned) and the clothes dryer (lint) everything was clean. The only problem was with television. We could not get reception on either TV. This was frustrating because there were no TV instructions in the condo. Hence, we contacted Locations Management for instructions. After some back and forth emails focusing on technical instructions for how to turn on the system, I received the following message: "There is an android box that you can use to log into whatever subscription services YOU have." (emphasis mine) I was somewhat taken aback because: - Of the aggressive tone of some of the communications; - I have never encountered a "first class" resort that did not provide at least basic TV; - I do not carry a subscription service as I travel; - I was not informed in advance that TV would not be available; We have stayed in several other condos at Copper Sky (some rented from Locations Management) and have always had excellent service and facilities (including TV). We certainly will not return to that particular unit.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and always responsive to any concerns or requests.

Fantastic experience: It was a great and an amazing experience. Kristina and the host were amazing and they were easily available on calls and text for any queries that we had. Would definitely love to come to this place when we are on vacation.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved our stay in Towering Pines #11. The unit met and exceeded our expectations. We loved the location across from the Bullet chair. We would highly recommend this unit!

Fantastic experience: The house was beautiful! The bus stop is a haul, if you have littles or a load to carry back, but otherwise, it was great!!

Positive experience: We stayed at Fresh Tracks Retreat for a family ski holiday during spring break. The space was great and it was a true ski in and out. The property was clean and had all that was required. It is a little dated and there is a lot of stuff that could be removed or stored in the garage. We would stay there again.

Fantastic experience: Perfect family vacation spot

Fantastic experience: My family recently stayed at the White Pearl in Big White for Christmas and WOW ! It did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing , it was everything it said on the website and more. Brock was sooooo good to deal with , could not do enough for us . Highly recommend ! *****

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Stay Locations! They are great hosts and made our stay perfect from beginning to end.

Fantastic experience: Stay Locations keeps up with communication in regards to all that happens with the rental property. They have an excellent cleaning crew and their detailed monthly statements and bookings are done extremely well . Looking forward to another successful year ahead.

Fantastic experience: Recently stayed at this property in west kelowna for a long weekend and had the most amazing time! Both beds were comfortable, the condo was spacious and clean! We loved having a patio with furniture to enjoy the evenings. All the amenities were a plus the pool and common areas were all cleaned and all the staff working and others at the complex were extremely friendly!

Fantastic experience: The condo had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. It has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. We would stay there again if it is available.

Fantastic experience: Place was great. It was close to our venue, rooms were super clean and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Nice and quiet at night time. Right on the water. Private. Very clean and well kept. Great communication.

Fantastic experience: Very quaint waterfront cottages. We stayed in #5 and it was well maintained and equipped with toiletries and kitchen supplies. It is a secluded resort with a narrow windy road to get down too but felt very safe the entire time. The scenery is beautiful! Staff was accommodating and responsive. Onsite property keeper was very friendly and helpful. You are about 15-20 minute drive to some of the best wineries in Kelowna which allows for a great mix of touring around and then coming home to a peaceful spot. Would recommend and will certainly look to book again in the future. Small suggestion, since it's a beach resort, have kids' sand toys available. It would be a nice touch. :) And more coffee would be great too!

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous view and spacious accommodations! We were thankful for quick communication when we had questions. The path to get to the condo is long and narrow and winding.. but it truly does lead to a beautiful spot.

Fantastic experience: Stayed in a fantastic condo in Copper Sky Resort , cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in and so well equipped it was like a home from home . Resort was fantastic , clean safe and lots to do including pool, tennis court, basketball court and lots more. Check in and out was seamless and communication from Brett was always prompt and informative . Thanks so much we will definitely be back !

Fantastic experience: We felt very well looked after at this beautiful resort! The setting was bucolic and peaceful in our first location in the willows and had spectacular sunset views over the lake from our 4th floor balcony during our last stay. We loved being right across the street from the scenic stretch of the waterfront with the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and marina. The on-site and the office staff were wonderful and very professional! They were there for us when we needed extra care, always responsive and very easy to reach. Brett and Elliott went the extra distance for us, adding their personal touch. Omar and Kerry were very friendly, capable and efficient with all we could ask for at the property. Kerry took care of our every need with her calm, kind and proficient attention. Thanks to you all. We hope to be back soon!

Their professionalism, clear communication and passion for what they do is impressive and help them stand out as a top choice in the vacation rental management field.

Fantastic experience: I spoke with Christopher regarding accomodations in Kelowna. He was very helpful and accommodating and, although I did not end up using his services, I was very grateful at the ongoing communication and support I received.

Fantastic experience: My Husband & I arrived late to our check-in due to flights being rescheduled and we were still kindly accomodated and settled in. This was our second stay at this spacious apartment. We love this place due to its simplicity but comfort. It has high ceilings so feels so big and there is a great walk in closet and big tub. There is lots of light in this place and we wished it had been warmer to sit out on the balcony. Thank you again for this stay and we hope to be back soon.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Brock who runs the Big White team. The property that you put us in far exceeded our expectations. i would not hesitate to recommend you to any of my friends and family. You are now in my mobile phone and i will be in touch the next time we are thinking about Big White. We can be picky and you really did to a great job. Your a pro for sure.
