Stephanie Gilchrist Personal Real Estate Corporation - Realtor - Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty

Fantastic experience: Stephanie helped me sell my home during my separation, I can not say enough positive things about her. I do feel Stephanie priced our home according to the market and product we were selling. We ended up with multiple offers the first day. I can't thank Stephanie enough for her support.

Fantastic experience: During a difficult separation, requiring two listing agents to list our house, Stephanie was exactly what was needed to make everything happen. She is kind, thorough, detailed and very knowledgeable. I knew from the start she was the right fit, and in the end, she absolutely was. If you are looking for an agent that will make sure everything happens when it should and how it should, you’d be hard pressed to find a better Agent. She’s an amazing human and most likely one of the best Agents in Kelowna that you could choose to list your house or help you purchase your new home. I have experienced both the sale side and the purchase side and I have nothing but accolades for this lovely human.

Fantastic experience: When looking for a real estate agent, you’re looking for somebody who has technical knowledge of the market and knowledge of the complete process from beginning to end, but most importantly you’re looking for someone who you can trust. During the entire process, Stephanie excelled in all of these and met or exceeded all of our expectations and I have never met a real estate agent who works harder for her clients than Stephanie and I’ve had other real estate agents in the Okanogan in the past. There wasn’t any aspect where Stephanie wasn’t working, working hard for us, including going through the home, dealing with contractors to fix certain things the sellers she was constantly working for us even in her, even after to make sure that we got the best deal and we and got the best service. I would highly recommend Stephanie.

Fantastic experience: Selling a home can be such a stressful process, but Stephanie made everything feel seamless from start to finish. I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She went so far above and beyond anything I ever expected from a realtor. Not only did she successfully sell my house, but she also took care of coordinating all of the tradespeople needed to get the house ready. She handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with so much care and attention to detail. She also communicated exceptionally well with my tenant throughout the process, which meant a lot to me and made everything so much smoother for everyone involved. Stephanie was always incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely supportive. No matter how many questions I had, she responded so quickly and never once made me feel like I was bothering her. I always felt informed, supported, and confident because of her. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and puts her whole heart into what she does. I honestly feel so lucky to have had her as my realtor, and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone. She is, without a doubt, the best realtor in the world.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie provided superior service and guidance throughout the process making this a really positive experience for my family.

Fantastic experience: If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Buying and selling real estate is not something I do often. I was thankful to be guided through the process by somebody as knowledgeable, skilled, and trustworthy as Stephanie. Over and above her professional integrity, she never failed to make me feel at ease and genuinely cared about. She turned out to be everything I wanted and needed in a real estate agent. I highly recommend Stephanie Gilchrist.

Fantastic experience: Excellent choice for your real estate needs: attentive, thoughtful, professional and hard working.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Service from Start to Finish – Highly Recommend Stephanie Gilchrist! Working with Stephanie Gilchrist was an absolute pleasure. From the very first phone chat, she impressed me with her professionalism, deep knowledge of the Kelowna real estate market, and genuine care for my needs. In my case I was also buying a property from living and being in the province of Ontario and so she did multiple viewings for me, and even inspected the property for me like it was for herself and came back with her honest feedback on the condition of the property. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process with honesty, clarity, and patience. Her communication was always prompt, thorough, and reassuring – I never felt left in the dark. What really stood out was her attention to detail and her ability to negotiate effectively, which ultimately led to a better deal than I expected. From the start, Stephanie was realistic and transparent, setting clear expectations and respecting my decisions every step of the way. Her creativity and use of technology really set her apart. She leveraged video tours, professional photography, and social media to give the listing maximum exposure, helping it stand out even in a tough market. These efforts were invaluable in keeping the property visible and attracting potential buyers. Throughout the process, Stephanie was always available to answer any questions I had, providing support and guidance with a friendly and approachable demeanor. She was also a skilled negotiator, calm and strategic when handling offers. She kept me well-informed and organized, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It was clear that she had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a dedicated, resourceful, and professional realtor who goes above and beyond to get results. Stephanie is highly professional, very responsive, understanding and a good negotiator. We highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie went above and beyond as our realtor. She was great to work with. If you are looking for someone who invests time and into selling your home she’s the one!

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful that we were introduced to Stephanie. She is an exceptional agent and went over and above for us, many times, in the recent purchase of our home. The property was rather niche, and we were so impressed with Stephanie’s, research, thoroughness, diligence, savvy, and fair-mindedness throughout the process of buying our new home. We loved working with her and highly recommend Stephanie for buyers and sellers!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie goes the extra mile and fights in your corner! I didn't expect the whole process to go so smoothly. If you're ready to buy or sell and not sure who to work with, you can stop searching now that you've found Stephanie!

Fantastic experience: Where to begin? Stephanie has been working with my wife and I in our first purchase for over a year and a half. We decided on a pre build condo and although the build is delayed and behind schedule, Stephanie is still right here beside us the whole way for questions, comments and occasional rant. Her knowledge of the area, the laws and the industry have saved our bacon a number of times. She even makes time for us for coffee or lunch and has become a friend. We can’t wait to move into our new place to enjoy a meal and celebratory drink on the deck together! Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was so amazing to work with. We are relocating from the Fraser Valley and Stephanie was not only very knowledgeable and helpful with our search, she was also incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would recommend her hands down to anyone and will definitely be working with her again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie helped my wife and I in both the selling of our condo and buying our dream home. We're beyond impressed with the whole process as she was able help us navigate the challenges of what could of been a very stressful transition. Here's what you can expect from this award winning agent. Purchase: Off the bat, Stephanie showed her experience in finding value and giving insights to the various listings we were considering. She worked with our numbers and went above and beyond her duty in helping us, even following up with our mortgage broker so that we could meet some tough deadlines. When it came to negotiations, she was fair but firm. Always respecting our budget and was never pushy. Despite being in a competitive bidding situation, we felt confident as she always gave sound advise. There are not many realtors who are willing to work with you until 10PM. That's the level of dedication she showed us through her actions. Selling: It all starts with staging the place to make it look spectacular. Stephanie came almost an hour before the photographer to help us declutter. The results showed and within a week we had almost a dozen requests for showings. She did a great job with filtering unqualified leads and worked with our busy schedules. When the offers came, she combed thoroughly with each sentence. We were both very assured with the terms as she was able to make the legal contracts easier to understand. Stephanie offered sound strategies to us which ultimately helped us accept a solid offer. Overall, we can't recommend Stephanie enough, she has been exemplary. You will be in good hands if ever considering buying or selling real estate.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was great to work with and helped us close on our first house.

She was out ahead every step of the way. She was incredibly professional and just made this process very easy for us. Her organization is a fantastic asset. We will definitely be using her again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie helped my wife and I buy our dream home from across the country! Stephanie jumped right into action, doing hours of research, connecting us with the right people, making very sound recommendations and giving us the support we needed along the way. Stephanie showed us the house via video and it was so well done that I think we've watched it about 100 times. Stephanie met up with me on my schedule and talked us through every step of the way. Stephanie works incredibly hard and gets the job done! Thanks Stephanie, we look forward to working with you again on our next home purchases and won't hesitate to recommend to our friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie far surpassed our expectations. She went above and beyond to make sure our sales experience was a smooth process. We really felt her priority was our best interest, instead of making a quick deal. I highly recommend her as your realtor.

Fantastic experience: We could not be more pleased with Stephanie. We interviewed four realtors and Stephanie was clearly the most engaged and personally invested of them. The selling process was very much smoothed out with her professionalism and knowledge, and she found the right buyer with the right terms for us. Her communication and responsiveness is top tier, and she is meticulous with contract language and details. We felt our interests were very well looked after while being very fair to all parties in the process. Her photographer and the legal team she recommended were also very professional and high quality. Highly recommended and a pleasure to do business with.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie is intentional when it comes to taking care of her clients, truly listening them and what they want, being diligent and detailed, values the importance of communication and connection and does an outstanding job. She is my goto Realtor when referring any of my clients to the Kelowna area. Thank you ! Rod Burriss Burriss Real Estate, Realtor Remax First, Calgary AB

Fantastic experience: We interviewed a number of realtors before making our move to kelowna. In truth, we had never been here and it was a bit of a leap of faith. Ultimately we went with Stephanie because we felt that she took the time to understand who we were in addition to what house we wanted. She is thoughtful, patient, honest and so helpful that I feel that we may never thank her enough. She went beyond what we expected from a realtor. Fantastic experience: There isn’t much more we can say about Stephanie that isn’t covered by “fantastic”, “ultimate professional”, and “incredibly knowledgeable”. We decided to purchase a ski condo at Big White and were connected with Stephanie by complete chance – we could not have picked a better agent to work with. From the beginning, Stephanie was professional, shared her knowledge of the market and personal experiences of Big White and gave us comfort in buying from Ontario, sight-unseen. Stephanie answered all of our questions about the Village, the agreement, the process, the market and worked with us to ensure we were informed each step of the way. She represented our interests and made sure we were taken care of as we were finalizing our sale. This was our first purchase out of province and Stephanie showed incredible patience as we walked through the purchase agreement…she was on top of everything. At the end of the day, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, received value in our purchase and were completely satisfied. She helped us to negotiate a fair deal and checked on the home as needed so we didn't have to travel the long distance. We received recommendations for great contractors. When we arrived after a long journey, a huge gift basket, some food and toiletries were waiting for us. And she checked on us again few days later. Simply put, there is no better realtor. Don't settle for less, get the best - Stephanie!!!
