When I bought my condo I lived out of town and Sherry organized and attended the home inspection, she let the furniture folks in so they could measure and sorted everything out that needed doing or I needed to know for insurance. She is quick to respond to emails and texts which is really important to me. She gave me really great advice on why to, or why not to, buy a place. My sister and I looked at many many places and I have to say she is really patient. More recently she helped me to purchase my absolute dream home and as there were multiple offers on it she even wrote a note to the owner about why I should have it! Who does that? Sherry! And I got it! She is there throughout the purchase process but also much later as I needed information or help with things. She worked so well and quickly with my lawyer and made purchasing almost stress free. She also gave me very good contacts for jobs that needed doing like fixing appliances. Sherry is a really kind lady who you just want to keep in touch with. I think her daughter Tiffani is just like her! And Sherry is a really wonderful contributor to the community, donating when we’ve asked for various charity events. I recommended her to my friends and they are thrilled with her too and she’s just helped their kid buy their first home. Everyone loves working with Sherry. Fantastic experience: We first met Mike back in the summer of 2004 when we were in the market to buy a house. It would be our second home so we were pretty ‘green’ when it came to house shopping.
