From the first time I contacted Max to signing a contract, he was always QUICK and NICE. Even if I ask a lot of questions, he solves every detail and his contract with this person ended really accurately and quickly. If I could, I'd give you more than six stars.

Fantastic experience: I came across Maxwell’s info online while searching for a new property manager in December last year. I had been using a property manager for 7 months with no luck renting the place, and after one conversation with Maxwell I knew I had made a bad decision on the first one. Maxwell was quick and efficient. He went out of his way to communicate and make me feel comfortable, especially since he knew I had a horrible experience with the previous property manager. My condo was rented in less than 2 weeks from our first conversation, with great tenants, and the process was so simple. He took all the stress out of it! The fees/ details were all clearly communicated up front with no surprises. Communication is QUICK, he is very knowledgeable, and super efficient. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the GVA in need of a property manager.

Fantastic experience: Maxwell is fantastic! We moved from the US to BC and he couldn't have made it any easier. He was incredibly responsive to every inquiry at all hours of the day. He was understanding when we had complications on our end. When we finally crossed the border and arrived at our home at almost midnight, he was there waiting to let us in, showed us around and even had refreshments waiting on the table in the dining room. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Fantastic experience: The rental situation in Vancouver left my UBC-attending daughter in a horrible lurch. I was referred to Max by one of his colleagues in Real Estate and he had us sorted in under two weeks. Gave us three good options over a range of price points, understood the issues & made it all work, even an irregular move-in date. I will be referring others to him, for sure.

Fantastic experience: Max is excellent property manager that worked to get us excellent tenants for our property. The process was very smooth. He took away the stress from us and worked diligently. He is very easy to work with and professional. Thank you Max for helping us out.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to multiple rental agents looking for someone to rent my place out. Maxwell responded very quickly, he was very professional, and got a tenant in record time (less than 1 week). I am very impressed. The best part is that he rented the place for more than I wanted to where he is basically paying for his own services.

Fantastic experience: Maxwell MacLean represented VHM Properties with the upmost professionalism as well as treated us with respect and was very caring! Moving is very stressful, it’s also a competitive rental market….Maxwell took the stress out of the viewing and left me feeling looked after! I’ve had experiences with VHMs competition, the most recent was losing out on a property due to the company collecting upfront from another renter without even interviewing ( I can not compete financially but know I’m an excellent tenant prepared to treat any property as if it was my own!). Without knowing about my experience Maxwell told me he wouldn’t accept a renters application until personally meeting them first! Sincerely happy client, Emma Callaghan

Fantastic experience: I really had a wonderful experience. The property manager was generous, professional, responsive and Dynamic Leader. It is really hard to find a good person who will guide. I am really grateful that he led me to right path. If you are looking for best offers, do consider VMH properties. They will serve you with best offers. Thank You once again :)

Fantastic experience: Max was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was really fast with responding to any questions, and found excellent tenants for my apartment. Max goes above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answered and gets to work so quickly to advertise your place. More than being an excellent property manager, Max is just a really wonderful person and would do anything for his clients. I am so grateful to you Max! Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: Excellent work. Friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: My sister highly recommended VMH properties to paint the interior of my home. Max and his employee, Shawn, delivered on time as promised and did an amazing job! They were neat, tidy and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Max was also flexible in that he did extra handyman jobs when asked. He is knowledgeable and was always giving me sound advice on how to save money around my home. He was also very friendly, personable and great to work with. Max and Shawn also went above and beyond when I asked them to help me move my heavy furniture and tv into my garage and van. Max’s prices are very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I just finished leasing a property from Maxwell. I would highly recommend him and his leasing services again. Fantastic experience: Max is a great landlord, any time I’ve needed help with something he’s quick to aid. Would recommend to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: This has been our first time using a property manager/realtor to help us find a rental, we HIGHLY recommend Maxwell for your housing needs. Just moving here from Ontario we had been looking for some time for a perfect place to call home, when we found Max. He heard our needs and and matched us PERFECTLY with our new landlords, like I mean PERFECTLY. We saw the unit on Saturday, signed the papers Tuesday and we were moved in that following Friday! Max made sure we understood the process and ensured the unit was in pristine condition. Once he handed us our keys and we said good bye he called to double check a week into our tenancy to make sure we were still happy. We even came into the unit with our first load of boxes and there was a bottle of wine and a Lindt chocolate assortment!!!! We are just blown away by how seamlessly Max made our transition into our new home! I just can't praise him enough lol. When it comes time to move on, in a few years, we will certainly be calling Max at VMH!!!

Fantastic experience: We hired VMH Properties to do some painting and wall repair when moving out of our Burnaby rental house. Maxwell was quick to respond, extremely helpful, and was able to get the work done very quickly. He went out of his way to give us feedback on what did or did not need to be done in order to save us money, as well as tips on how to easily resolve certain minor cosmetic issues ourselves. In an age when most companies and most people seem out for themselves, it was extremely refreshing to find someone who genuinely cared about the cost to us, even if it meant that his own bill would be smaller. He also assured us that he would come back if we weren’t completely satisfied, but he did such a great job that it wasn’t necessary anyway. Integrity like that will easily make me a repeat customer. I definitely recommend VMH Properties and am very grateful that we hired them to help us.
