Fantastic experience: Met Josh last summer on a whim when I saw an ad on instagram. It was my first time meeting with a realtor and honestly it was more of an eye opener than an actual attempt to get into the market. I realized I wasn’t quite ready financially to make a huge move like that and he understood that but offered to keep in touch in case something comes up. Fast forward to April of this year he emailed me regarding condo units going on sale in Surrey which he thought might be great opportunity for what I was looking for in my family. 2 months later he guided us every step of the way into purchasing our very first home. He even assisted my parents into getting a unit in the same building which was huge bonus for us. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.
Tyronne, patience pays off, and this one is a great example of that. Congratulations to you and your family on the new home!
