Fantastic experience: He and an associate helped us sell our house and purchase our new home. Throughout the process, he made us feel comfortable and never pressured us. He explained the market clearly and gave us thoughtful advice supported by the data, while always respecting our own decisions about how to price our home. Even when the house remained on the market for a year, he never pressured us to make a change. When we eventually decided to adjust the price, the house sold quickly. He was extremely flexible with showings and always worked around our schedule. I also called and messaged him many times, including in the evenings, and he was always very prompt in answering my questions. During closing, his team connected us with a notary, contractors, and cleaners, making the whole process much less stressful. Fantastic experience: We bought our first home here through Ivan. The process was extremely smooth and stress-free. We have heard many terrible stories from our friends before regarding other unprofessional realtors. But Ivan is not one of them. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. At the beginning of our home searching process, Ivan helped us to narrow down our house list from couple hundred choices to the ones that fit our needs.
