Negative experience: 845 Notre Dame Ave apartments I am extremely dissatisfied with this office. Their response is extremely slow — emails and requests are often ignored. Last night, my car was vandalized in the parking area, which clearly demonstrates a complete lack of security on the property. A year ago, I left a review about their slow response, but it was deleted. This office systematically ignores tenant issues and fails to provide basic safety. Not recommended.

Negative experience: Slowest and worst service I’ve ever experienced with any sort of company, phone calls, emails, texts, nothing was answered, went in to the headquarters and all they told me the materials sent in 10 days ago was not even looked at. Thanks, made my day.

Negative experience: Terrible experience do not lease with this company. Took a full blown mouse infestation to get anyone’s attention at 920 Corydon. They also took 3 weeks to send me my damage deposit that I am still waiting to receive. I’ve lived all over Canada and never experienced a leasing agency as bad as this. They never answer there phones, and if you go to the office they won’t let you in to talk to them. Every time I went in person I never got answers. Truly wouldn’t suggest this agency to anybody.

Upon speaking with our staff and reviewing the security camera footage, I can confirm that you were at our office yesterday morning, and that our staff did speak to you in person when you arrived, and in addition it has been verified that you were provided with a print out showing that your damage deposit has been issued and mailed to you. Unfortunately, we can not control Canada Post delivery times.

Negative experience: The worst property management out there. I moved out 5 months ago. They have my bank account and since I moved in at Park Towers they take the rent from my bank account. From Akman management to ASH management (From 5-star to -0 star). Now they are threatening me that they need the last payment when they are the one who didn’t take it from my account. I assumed that they took my security deposit for the last rent payment because i didn’t see any deduction from my account. You guys can always take that payment from my account even before I moved out. Don’t threaten people when it’s your mismanagement that caused this problem yourself. If you see that the apartment is managed by them. Don’t move there.

Negative experience: Hi All, Ash Management Group Inc. is totally worst, their management especially Neda and Peter and some others including receptionist are manner less, they don’t have manner to give proper customer service, they talk like threatening way with the tenants. Their suits are totally worst situation, too old and yellow water problem. If you call to caretaker they don’t take care, we didn’t see to them to clean the floor, they take rent every month but don’t give the proper service, kitchen and washrooms, they don’t send any plumber or mechanic to repair the unit. Please don’t go with them. Poor management and mannerless staff

Fantastic experience: At 1010 Brazier Street I've had a few caretakers come and go. Most of the caretakers have been respectful and did there jobs well except for one. However Melissa, the current caretaker is the coolest and friendliest ever. Always willing to engage in a friendly conversation, laugh at my corny jokes and is constantly cleaning the property. I consider her a friend.

Fantastic experience: Our caretaker Melissa at 1010 Brazier St does an excellent job within our building cleaning and dealing with problems and complaints. She is very approachable and understanding and gets things done! She deserves recognition for the drastic improvements she's put effort into making in our building including decorating for the holidays in the lobby and even handing out candy at the main doors at Halloween which we can't recall ever being done here. It definitely feels more like a community around the building now!

Negative experience: This property management company manages my freehold condo at 388 Pipeline road. We deal with Neda & Juvy. If you own properties/condo PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM or if you’re buying a property that’s managed by them I would steer far away. They do not care to help you in any scenario. I had a bursted pipe in the laundry that was leak in my ceilings in my unit. Instead of helping my emergency urgent scenario they told me the plumber would cost double on the weekend to fix it.. they care more about how much it would be to resolve it than fix an urgent matter that may cause flooding.. they also don’t want to help but if something goes wrong like parking restrictions or garbage restrictions they are quick to threaten you with a fine. They only care about making money and extra income that they won’t help spend to get a plumber to help. If I had known the property management was this horrible I would’ve never bought a property that they were managing.

Fantastic experience: Writing a review in regards my Grandmother’s and Uncle’s former caretaker, Lisa, of Lady Trevi Apts at 1861 Main St. My family and I had built an amazing relationship with Lisa, especially whenever we used to come over to visit our Grandmother and Uncle at the time. Lisa is a great listener, very helpful and hard working individual, compassionate about others around her, a great friend and neighbour too! She had alway addressed things in timely matter and paid attention to every detail. Also, when things got rough and tough for my family and I, Lisa was there to help and listen. We appreciated our time and memories over the last few years at Lady Trevi Apts — especially with Lisa around

Negative experience: Was given a really scetchy vibe from these people. When i inquiried about an apartment i wanted to rent, their website stated one price, when i went in for a viewing i was told the unit wasn't available but 2 identical suites were available for an inflated price, the difference wasn't huge so i put in an application. I was then informed from their office that the price was over $400 over listed price and that as of July 1st it would be going up another hundred and some odd dollars. So from the listed price it had gone up again to over 1/3% in price..... full disclosure and honesty is a must for a rental company. Not this "see how much i can wring from this guy" sort of policy.

Negative experience: Signed lease with them on July 31st 2023. Its almost 3 weeks, haven’t received signed lease from them. Leased unit needed repair in the Kitchen, Washroom and pesticide are required ASAP. I have been calling and emailing the property Manager and rest of the management but no response to any call and email. I will wait another week after I will surely reach out to the Residential tenancy branch city of Winnipeg, Manitoba. We do need to update our official documents address and Insurance etc. ASH MANAGEMENT NOT RECOMMENDED. Edited on April 1st, 2015 We rented with them for 14 months, they didn’t return the accurate deposit refund. When we tried applying for different properties with them, they always said, apply online, anything online available is actually available. Whenever we sent an application in, they always said it’s rented. Whenever I called in and asked them then the lady said it’s just got rented this morning but they sent emails 1 week before saying it’s rented. Why do lie to people and keep unreliable website with no accurate updates? This front desk lady, yelled at my wife and was very rude, she hung up without answering our questions. Employees like her must be fired and Ash should teach them a lesson about how to talk to customers and about professionalism. So poor management and very disrespectful.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. They rarely answer, when they do they don’t seem to know anything or be able to get you in contact with the right people, their employees are rude. Not sure how they’re still in business would not recommend anyone to use them!

Negative experience: One of baddest experiences with the leasing coordinator ,, he dont know how to how to even communicate with customer ,, if somebody is asking for form and got reply we are not free for you now ,, which is unacceptable,, the way he was taking its so rude ,, I don’t know how somebody can hire him without checking his communication skill . Negative experience: Been here one year. I’ve had 5 bedbug treatments now. I lost my brand new mattress and now my couch. Watch out !!!! They will just treat over and over again with a crap company . No compensation from ASH for all the losses.

Fantastic experience: I was in lady Trevor building over the weekend, visiting a friend and you couldn’t believe how clean the building was compared to other junkie buildings I have been too. The tenants are lucky to have such a great care taker. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: When I moved into my apartment three years ago I paid $3000 upfront aside from all my deposits because I was from out of town. That three k was used to allow me to move out of the apartment early on the first year of my Lease. Everything was done right and I owed no money. I just recently got an email saying they are coming after me for $2300 in collections?(years later)?!.there was no damage and it was clean. Also when I moved in I paid a $600 cash pet deposit, put in their mailbox at their office and they told me I never submitted it and repeatedly asked me to pay it for months. They also one time sent a guy to threaten to evict us the next day because we were accidentally short like 50$ on rent and he was trying to intimidate us. just want to be transparent about my experience with these guys! I hope this helps someone. Like is someone embezzling/stealing money in the office because I can’t find a reason as to why I’d owe 2300$ two years later.

Negative experience: Look at my entry for the Good Will store on St.Annes Road. Ash is so cheap they are willing to have people hurt for a lousy 300.00 worth of gravel. My son saved an elderly gentleman from falling about three weeks ago, he would have broken his hip and we know in the elderly that is a death sentence. Ash would rather he pass away from their cheap additude because 300.00 worth of gravel is worth someone's life. Alright fair is fair they put down more gravel but it is only going to last for a short time, Goodwill has a five ton truck drive over it regularly. What should be put down is a thick layer of river run rock Inch minium one inch and a quarter would be better the rick compresses and no more holes.

Negative experience: The lady receptionist taking residential leasing management calls is so freaking rude and annoying. I called to ask about an application and she kept on speaking rudely when answering questions about the reason I called that I was dumbfounded. I called back to let her know that she spoke rudely to me and she told me that it was because she was busy and didn’t even apologize. I mean who isn’t busy. We’re all working and busy but it doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude to other people. This is the worst management I have ever spoken to about moving so I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE THERE!!!!!!! I was not angry about my application being disapproved but at the manner in which I was spoken to on the phone the first time. If you guys think letting someone know they were being rude is disrespectful then I’m glad the application was disapproved. I only ever called that number 2 times, once to ask about the disapproval of the application and the second to say that I was spoken rudely to in which I didn’t even get an apology.

While it is unfortunate that your application for an apartment was declined , we cannot take phone calls from the same person every 6o minutes for an entire day, which causes delays the approval process for all applicants.
We do understand that you were upset that you do not meet our approval standards, however, treatment of our staff in a manner such as you displayed is unnecessary. Our staff do not have time to take repeated calls from applicants that are being disrespectful. Generally, if an application is approved or declined, notification is provided by email and constant phone calls asking for updates is not required.

Negative experience: horrible suites, took all of our damage deposit, asked for MORE money bc we left in "shambles" apparently, even though we cleaned it for a whole day and only lived there a year. Never put a lock on our front window causing a safety hazard drove by last week and saw the same board holding it closed from when we moved there 3 years ago obviously the money the kept they didn't do anything from In total we paid 12 mo ths rent but wanted to double change us to get that cash grab bc you k ow they're scam artists. Horrible experience all around. Would LOVE a response regarding what WE did wrong instead of Ash management taking some responsibility for all these horrible google reviews.

Negative experience: Just a heads up they will ask you for your damage deposit, first months rent and last months rent all at once with the application, which is ILLEGAL. UPDATE: NO IT WAS NOT THE PET DEPOSIT, it was FIRST AND LAST MONTHS RENT AND THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT WITH THE APPLICATION which again is ILLEGAL to ask for, this happened at 1010 brazier with the bald headed man and Melissa who showed me the apt. Dont rent from them, thanks :)

Negative experience: This management is poor they just put there rules and do not give solutions as they manage 388 amber trail pipeline rd I got parking issues as this place is not organised and no parking for more than one car in 3 bedroom townhouse if I try to arrange by parking two cars tight they towed my car so never ever rent this place and manager think he is king of this area a rude manager

Parking was outlined and sold by the developer. Management and the Board of Directors enforce areas where parking can not be done such as on the landscaping in front of the condominium.

Negative experience: Will not address your concerns or answer your questions. Poor communication to condo unit owners. Forcing condo unit owners that have attached garages to store large garbage bin inside, can you imagine the odour that infiltrates the entire garage and everything in it, including the inside of my car which smells like garbage. Imagine in the summer plus thirty degrees with humidity. They are covering up for a condo development that under estimated the amount of waste and did not properly plan enough space for additional large bfi garbage bins. They designed it with 2 large bfi bins for over 80 units! I would not recommend Ash Management

Negative experience: 1.) This company stole property belonging to a tenant and blamed it on the Board (a bike rack installed on the city Blvd - which only the City or owner of the property can legally remove). They were caught by our tenant with pictures of his property in their storage. The police were involved. ASH returned the property damaged (but tried to make it look whole by leaning the broken parts against eachother for the picture - you can see the breaks when zoomed in). They refused to pay for the damage. It was miraculously "stolen" less than 24 hours after they returned it. They refused to take ownership over the initial removal, damage, return to an unsafe location, and subsequent theft. 2.) Management has now compromised the sale of a condo unit. We may loose the buyer because we cannot get the legally required paperwork from management after three weeks' notice!

Negative experience: I was not happy with the managerial activities of Angela, therefore I did not put any comments in the Google review. The way, how she writes on the Google site It's not a proper way to reply, as I did not write any negative comments on the Google site. During the last lease renewal, she increased the rent by $85, and this time, the hike is $225, which appears inconsistent. When we talked with her about the matter, she directly said that we leave if we disagreed, which I find to be an inappropriate way to communicate with tenants. Furthermore, she rudely told us to exit the room during the discussion. Both of her witnesses and my two roommates observed her communication style, finding it less than satisfactory. Despite the claim of the rent reduction, our previous lease agreement clearly stated a rent of $1250 till September 2024. Additionally, she introduced a new unwritten rule requiring new tenants to pay an extra $75, which was not before. Now she just waived the fee only.

Negative experience: I live in Dalhousie and facing so many problems, starting with anomalous sounds and defective smoke alarm. There are lots of cockroaches in my kitchen. I talked to the manager Angela Nenis , but she is too lazy to do her work and she does not care about her tenents. She is so irregular and harsh and make me wait for long time.

Negative experience: Minus 100 Stars from me.Totally avoid this place if you are planning to shift. I'm staying at 99 Dalhousie Drive for couple of months. Horrible service and the worst manager (Angela) I've ever seen. Negative experience: I live at 99 Dalhousie dr since July 2023,I have been subjected to a window without blinds for these past months and no one fixes it(the site manager always says it will be fixed). I feel treated badly because I still get to pay the full payment and I am still not comfortable,have to stay with ugly looking blinds.I am not happy with the apartment so far.****I don’t know why I was unable to respond to your reply,if ur manager says she sent a mail and I am yet to reply,that’s a lie from the pit of hell,she knows my apartment because she is here from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday nd knows how to reach my apartment,why u an email as a fake excuse that shows how incompetent she can be,fix things and stop giving flimsy excuses(point to note,the lady came to Measure the blind since July and this is 10weeks after)….treat us like humans and not like we stay in this apartment for free.

Hi; If you would check your email and reply to the resident manager it would be helpful in resolving your issue. As you were advised on your move in, the blinds were measured for replacement. They are a custom size and need to be ordered for the unit specifically and are not available "off the shelf". Delivery time on custom blinds is 6-8 weeks. The Resident Manager has been trying to contact you regarding the installation and we need you to reply to the emails sent to you regarding this. Currently your lack of response is what is causing the delay for installation. I am sure that once you reply to the email attempting to schedule this repair, the installation will happen quickly thereafter. If you are unable to find the emails sent to you, check your junk box or simply visit the on site office.

Negative experience: Do not ever rent 285 college avenue. Heavily infested with bedbugs cockroaches and mice, multiple homicides during my stay homeless people sleeping in the halls of the buildings, unsecured doors, constant fire alarms going off, did I mention multiple homicides. The landlord is also a complete scumbag who clearly just wants money. STAY AWAY YOU WILL BE TRAUMATIZED.
