Negative experience: Sharla did the bare minimum in my condo purchase in Feb 2024. When I reached out to Sharla due to complications I was facing with my lawyer I was brushed aside and blocked. Absolutely no client care, just wanted her commission like all other realtors.

Fantastic experience: This was my first, and last time buying a condo. It had undisclosed unreported issues before taking possession that made keeping it untenable. In the beginning I had a number of questions and wanted to speak to a different real estate agent and that was Josh. He got right back to me, was very friendly and helpful answering my questions. Once I made the decision to sell I knew who I would call. Unlike when I made the purchase, we made sure that any potential buyer would be fully aware of the budget situation of the building and compensated for it before even getting to view the unit. I can't say the same for other agents in that building representing other sellers. This place needed a buyer willing to invest in the short term, and get the benefits of a great building in the longterm. I honestly didn't know what to do and Josh was the first person I felt had my back. We found such a buyer and it was sold. I cannot thank Josh enough for taking on a sale that required a bit more work.
