Negative experience: Totally inept “management” with no clue or no desire to fix anything. Stay away from properties managed by this company, they will not answer your concerns in a timely manner, nor will they even visit the property. They send emails once in a while with “reminders” but don’t reinforce anything. STAY AWAY.

Positive experience: Pretty good to lease from! It's difficult getting communication back at times from them. Their automated systems add more trouble on the resident side than they are worth. But every problem we've had has been solved eventually and Premier has been fair with rent. All in all, I would rent another unit from them.
Fantastic experience: There was a leaky faucet and a gentleman came at the set time and was done in no time. He told me step by step what he was doing and it is not leaking now.
Negative experience: We are having a terrible experience with Premier Properties right now. Before moving into our unit on Scott Street in June, Premier Property's staff identified multiple maintenance issues in our unit. Including broken window screens, a leaking kitchen sink and bath tub faucet and a large rust spot in our bath tub. We have lived in this unit now for 7 months and only the window and kitchen have been addressed. We have sent in multiple maintenance requests regarding the bathroom which continues to go unfixed. This company seems to just close maintenance requests that they don't want to fix so we have opened them over and over again. We have tried to contact them about this with no luck. The one time they "tried" to fix the bath tub faucet they did so with no notice to us. This requires the whole building's water to be turned off. Because of this, a poor plumber was sent out to our building while we were working for no reason. A complete waste of his time and their money! Additionally, our unit's heat has not been turned on yet and we have not been told when it will be turned on or if we can do it our selves (we have no thermostat in our unit)... WE LIVE IN WINNIPEG. Our unit is only being heated by the surrounding units and has been getting quite cold in the evenings!!! Lastly, my girlfriend was set up as the main contact on this unit and was even the first to sign the lease. I was even away for the whole first month of us living here.... Dispite this, Premier Properties only communicates with me and everything is addressed to only me....(because I'm a guy?). Just very odd and unprofessional all around.
Fantastic experience: Premier Property Solutions were my property management company for about 2 years at my old place. They provided great service. Anytime I needed something fixed they were fast to reply and get someone out to take care of the problem. I love that they provide a family friendly environment for their rentals and stay on top of maintenance. I would rent from them again.

Fantastic experience: My family and I had to sell our home after 32 years we needed a place to live we found this lovely home and with everything that we had we moved into it our experience with Premier has been fantastic and we love it here they all amazing even when we were not sure they everyone from the owner to Dan made us welcome on behalf of myself and my family we are most appreciated for this opportunity Thanks Premier In addition to this post we have lived here for two years and we are so happy and comfortable living at this place Premier has been wonderful to us and so happy we moved here. Fantastic experience: I’d like to share my great experience with Premier Property Solutions Inc. I’m really impressed with their service! They have an excellent website — everything is clear, convenient, and easy to use. I had an issue with my washing machine, submitted a repair request, and they responded immediately! That’s something you rarely see, as other property companies can make you wait for help for weeks or even months. They are very efficient at fixing an issue at the rental and have been very friendly while they were here. The work the team performs is fast. Negative experience: I hired this property " management " company to oversee one of my lower income units. I've never regretted a decision more. The only tenants they have put in this unit stopped paying rent and owe me over 12k. Did they help get these funds back? NOPE. They frequently performed work to the unit i didnt approve, and when confronted about it via email, literally stopped responding. Im fairly certain that they have stolen tens of thousands of dollars from me. Im so pissed off at them ive gotten my lawyer involved and will be suing them. If youre considering hiring these unprofessional thieves to manage your rental unit, RUN!
Fantastic experience: Excellent experience with this property management company! They’re very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The property caretakers are reliable, respectful, and always available when needed. Especially at the TED and the Point. and everything is kept in great condition. Highly recommend them for their outstanding service and attention to detail!

Fantastic experience: Since Premier Property Solutions has become my landlord they have very quickly dealt with the numerous repairs my place needs. The company they hired to do the plumbing was extremely friendly and very quick to assess and fix the problem.
Negative experience: I am a professor at the University of Manitoba and rented a townhouse from this company for nearly three years while my family and I were settling down. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of service and overall management were consistently poor, which made our stay very difficult. One example among many: at the time of moving out, I scheduled a key handover. I waited at the property for almost an hour and a half, but no one showed up, and none of my phone calls or messages were answered. This reflects the same lack of responsiveness we experienced throughout our tenancy, including repeated issues with unanswered maintenance requests. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid renting from this company. Avoid, Avoid and Avoid this company with all costs.
Negative experience: Terrible communication! We had discussed setting up a viewing for a place and then they completely stopped responding to my messages and calls the day we were supposed to do a viewing. The messages were marked as read so it’s not something that got forgotten or lost. Just terrible.
Fantastic experience: I've been with Premier Property Solutions for years, and I've never had any issues. They are easy to reach out to, and they are quick to respond. If there is a maintenance issue, you put in a request, and the issue is taken care of quickly. Any employee or vendor I've dealt with, has been polite and professional.
Negative experience: I dont want to give even one star to them . We are living here from last three years and whenever there is raining or snow melting . The water came from outside and flooded the whole apartment. We have a baby but nobody cares . They are not doing anything . We have put so many maintenance requests but who cares . I called to the receptionsist , she always transfer my call or put me on hold and nobody ever showed up. Please dont ever rent this place . We are tired of it now. We are paying full rent on proper time and are going through this
Negative experience: I can’t express enough how disappointed I am with Premier Property Solutions. My experience with this property management company had been been nothing short of frustrating, which thankfully, led me to leave for a much better management team. One of the biggest issues I had faced was their lack of transparency regarding repairs. If you find yourself dealing with Premier, make sure to take the following precautions: First, always obtain photos of any items they claim need repairs. This step is crucial for understanding the actual condition of your property. Secondly, seek at least three different estimates for the repairs they propose. This will help you gauge whether their quotes are reasonable or inflated. Additionally, ensure you receive an invoice from the company after the repairs are completed. It’s vital to review and approve any expenses before payment if that was part of your agreement with Premier. I learned this the hard way, as I was charged for numerous repairs that I had never consented to. My own experience was riddled with problems, including significant damage to my property that they neglected to address, and I was overcharged for repairs that were poorly executed. This lack of accountability and communication ultimately led to my departure from their services. I am now incredibly happier with my new property manager, who is transparent and reliable. If you’re considering Premier Property Solutions, I urge you to proceed with caution. Protect yourself and your investment by following these steps, or you might end up as frustrated and unhappy as I was.
Negative experience: Sherry’s conduct towards tenants is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Her emails lack professionalism and appear to be poorly written. She engages in deceitful tactics to compel tenants to vacate their premises, disregarding the proper procedures outlined in the Residential Tenancy Act. Furthermore, she disregards the human rights of tenants to assert her own rights. Her actions are deeply concerning and warrant serious reflection. By the way, there’s a lot of fake reviews on Premier Property Managements’ Google page.
Fantastic experience: The team at Premier Property have been great with quick responses to my maintenance requests. The jobs have been completed successfully and in an efficient manner. Thank you for making it an easy process.
Negative experience: Terrible service, customer service nonexistent. I even told them once that I preferred not to continue with them because their responses or attention were inefficient. Our experience: We initially rented with Veritas Development. The house was new, and some city permits hadn't even been issued yet. With Veritas, we had no problems. There was always good communication, and they were investors whom we received without any issues. Later on, we were switched to Premier, and we found out because they didn’t deduct the rent (Veritas). When we asked, they informed us about the change in management. However, we never received any information about the change, neither to my email (which was specified in the contract) nor my wife’s. Every time we tried to contact them with questions or concerns, their responses were vague. They would come to the house to make repairs to pass the city inspection, without any prior notice. At one point, I noticed they were sending information to an email address we never provided. My wife told them her correct email, but once again, it was ignored. I notified them 2 months in advance that we wouldn’t continue with them. As less than a month remained before the change, we started asking about the process to return the house and the deposit insurance. The person we communicated with didn’t understand, and after several emails outlining our request, they sent us the moving instructions a week before we were leaving. At this point, one is supposed to schedule an appointment with an inspector, because they’re unable to schedule it themselves. After all the bad experiences we had, we made sure to return the house in perfect condition. We never made any holes, the house was always clean, and we even painted parts that had typical wear and tear stains (just to clarify, I work in construction and home renovation, so I am qualified to do this). This way, we would get our deposit back without issues. We handed over the house, and the inspector left us with some concerns that were due to normal wear and tear. He gave us one day to fix them, which we did. Over a month has passed, and after sending three emails (yesterday), they finally responded, stating they would deduct money for cleaning (they haven’t specified when they’ll return the rest), even though we handed it back just as we received it. They do whatever they want with their tenants, and when it comes to returning the deposit, they look for excuses to deduct it. Personally, I do not recommend renting with them, and there are several other negative comments that confirm everything described here and their lack of professionalism.
Negative experience: DO NOT RENT WITH THEM !!!!!I was renting an apartment that was then switched over to this company, I was told to use the sticky strips and not nails to hang pictures, when I moved out and took down the pictures and removed the strips that they told me to use it peeled the cheep paint of in 2 spot and the charged me 250$ off my deposit . Even tho if they had let me use nails I could have filled in the tiny hole left behind . Never ever have I not got my full deposit back , also when Subletting my place the took there sweet time to process people who wanted the place and then by the time they got around to it the people I found had already got approved by another place they made it very hard to get someone to sublet not very helpful. Very disappointed I have emails and phone calls from your company as well 69 fermor Ave …. In case you don’t think that I’m dealing with you I attached a picture of the email ,
Negative experience: They conduct viewings more than a month before departure! Complete disrespect for private life. Despite the fact that we officially notified that we would not renew the contract 2 months in advance, while we are not against conducting viewings the entire last month. But the request to give us a week of quiet life without a walk-through yard is simply ignored! 18-154 evanson - constant roof leaks in different places, they respond to requests quickly and try to fix them, but this does not save things from flooding. Parking - for 2 years it has not yet been our turn to get a normal parking space, management and caretaker simply ignore requests. In general, for 2 years of life, everything was more or less normal, but this incident with visits finally put everything in its place. Bad!
Fantastic experience: Nik and his team do an incredible job. They facilitated new tenants, doing appropriate background checks, kept me informed and updated on the move in process, and dealt with any repairs that were needed. They communicate well and promptly and take the stress out of property management. I sleep better knowing they are looking out for my best interests! I highly recommend.

Our repairs are done timely, and if in doubt when l have questions l reach out to the office team and there is always someone there to clear up my concerns. Being a new immigrant having this support makes going home (rental) a place of peace and calm.

They're professional friendly, reply immediately to all and any concerns, and maintenance requests!!! All issues I've had are dealt with by very professional, courteous, and talented contractors. Fantastic experience: Moved in Saturday, phoned in Wednesday for 6 repairs, 3 were done (the same day I called) and 2 they have to return for because they didn’t have the proper parts.. the repair man also went out of his way to replace the front door light bulb when I told him it was burned out and I couldn’t reach it!! Would definitely recommend this company as they clearly care about making the tenant happy. Thank you for a positive experience!!

Fantastic experience: So recently our basement sewer backed up ( ewww gross) and within a couple of hours from me alerting Premier of the issue we had a crew at the house and had this situation resolved. Then they had a crew come in and clean and sanitize the area. I am very grateful to have a property management that takes care of its tenants. I still stand by my previous post below. This management company has been amazing to our family :) Everybody here has always been extremely helpful in making sure anything we really need done - gets done. Anytime I have phoned or e-mailed Premier they have always given us a quick response back and any work needed to be done was professionally handled and in a very timely fashion. Our experience with Premier Property Solutions has been GREAT!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very pleased.
Negative experience: Only thing premier about this property management company is the name. Anybody can buy fake reviews but beware. They will ignore requests to fix things. My living room ceiling that tested at 1% asbestos is falling in they screwed some plywood over it and acted like an abatement was done. Back step is falling off for over a year and hasn’t been touched. only way to get anything done is to threaten to not pay rent. If you truly look through the reviews you will see which are real and fake. Do not rent from them! Dec 5 update: since this add nothing has been fixed the deck is so unstable I don’t let the dog use it anymore. My bathroom still has missing ceiling tile for over a year and the bathroom floor is rotting in. Front window got broken in oct 2 and took over a month to even measure it. Look at the pictures of the charred burnt live wires they don’t seem concerned about. take a look at the attached photos so you can see the living conditions they are happy to charge you rent for!!!
