From the very beginning, Kalli was highly professional, responsive, and patient. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I was able to find a wonderful apartment that fully meets my expectations.

Negative experience: I am writing this review to share my very negative experience with Moustafa Abou-Sharkh, Broker at CENTURY 21 First Canadian Corp. Brokerage, so others can be cautious. From the beginning, I clearly explained to Mr. Abou-Sharkh that the offer documents were extremely long (approximately 50 pages) and that I did not fully understand all of the paperwork. I asked for proper explanations before signing. Instead of taking the time to clearly explain each document, he repeatedly told me to “trust him” and instructed me where to sign without making sure I understood the legal meaning of what I was signing. Later, I discovered that an additional page was included that I was not properly informed about. That signature was then used against me. When I decided that I no longer wished to continue working with him due to loss of trust, legal action was taken, and I suffered serious financial consequences based on that signature. I also contacted CENTURY 21 First Canadian Corp. Brokerage to report and explain this situation. Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and no meaningful help or resolution was offered. As a client, I believe transparency, full explanation, and client protection are essential—especially when dealing with complex legal documents. Based on my experience, I felt unsupported and misled during a very important financial decision. Because of this experience, I do not recommend Moustafa Abou-Sharkh or this brokerage to anyone who expects clear communication, ethical conduct, and genuine client care.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Danny Lin on two separate real estate transactions, and he was absolutely outstanding. Danny is a highly knowledgeable and transparent realtor who truly understands his clients’ needs. With his guidance, we were able to secure our dream home while successfully renting out our previous property. His professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Negative experience: When i decreased it to purchase my first house i contacted estate agent trying to explore my options, i contacted real estate agent from 21 century, They told me that they are the only people who can sell property for me in london ontario, and they were saying that they are only one who can get me a mortgage approval by sending me to somebody who can actually fix my income on documents, and get me approval from the bank.I have had with me my pre.Approval from the bank based on my real income, And I had a purchase price with pre approval 20% down payment. they told me that I can go with higher purchase price and lord down payment to do with first time home buyer.They recommended me to go to somebody to fix my document.And they made me contact that person when I called them.I had a clear picture of them that I have to really play with documents, and that's what I didn't want to do.And I will not do however, I skipped them.And I went to another person who works in the same brokerage, He actually was one of their friends as well.And he knew about me, he gave me sim direction, as they did all three of them, they work for 21century real estate brokerage. Sofia Hamdan, Muhammad Merai they are partners and Hossam Madani. They have ppl in Scotiabank and cibc who gets paid on the side to get your mortgage approved. They will never work for the client benefits, they jacked the price up to get higher commission. That what I learned later on. I went with different people and now I got my house. Be careful please.

They replied promptly to any of our questions, provided weekly updates on the status of the real estate market, (new listings, prices etc.) and also stats on the number of showings/realtor comments so that we had data to support our pricing strategy. Prior to building our listing, they walked through the condo and made recommendations such as painting certain rooms, making repairs, cleaning carpets etc all with the goal of getting a great price as soon as possible.
