Negative experience: Very disappointing experience and unprofessional. We were really looking forward to signing the lease since we had already agreed on everything, but the company changed their offer at the last minute and refused to honor the original deal

They’re small and an all female company So I called and chatted with them and all interactions were great so we switched to Bloom last September I have no regrets, they’ve rented out both units for the price we wanted and within the timescale they gave. Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a second and leave a review for this property management company. We have been living in one of their rentals for almost 3 weeks now. Thus far it has been so different to any other property management or landlord I have ever lived with. You want to talk about fast service? We had a problem with a leak in our kitchen sink. We contacted them, they responded in minutes and had a plumber to us within in an hour on a Sunday! The whole team has also done everything they possibly can to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Though it may be early days, thus far I am left star struck. Thank you guys for everything. You have been amazing! Look forward to our rental journey with you.

Fantastic experience: We have had a HORRIBLE experience in our home due to the owner, NOT Bloom. We've had to go to the LTB over the owner not allowing Bloom to do their job. Bloom has gone above and beyond and has helped us secure safer housing and has really stuck their necks out for us trying to help us feel safe and happy. With their help we have found a much better place for our family where we get to have all the great staff from Bloom manage our property to their great abilities. Their whole team is just amazing to deal with, we have had some bad experiences with landlords and management companies but this team is so good at their job because it's clear they love what they do!

Negative experience: extremely disappointed in their quality of service, extremely unorganized, and bad with communication to tenants. Wouldn't give us our $200 key deposit back until over a year later as they said they did previously but when given proof that we never received it they finally sent it back. When conversing through email they would deliberately not respond to our emails about the key deposit, and other things regarding maintenance. Tried to over charge us on rent, and when they were caught by us with proof as to why we don't owe them the money they just stopped responding to emails. We had a family of raccoons living in the tree in our back yard and the landlords wouldn't get someone out to remove them despite the raccoons destroying our garbage every night. As a student living with 3 other roommates they would tell each of us different information about the same topic. overall extremely disappointed in the way they tried to take advantage of us not knowing certain things as it was the first time we had moved out of our parents house for school. Would not recommend them to anyone.

She was extremely thorough, went above and beyond to show me the property, communicated so clearly every step of the way, and was just so helpful through the whole process. We were not only shown a viewing through video call when I couldn't make it to the open house for the place we wanted, but Kristin took the time to later take me there and show me everything in detail. Negative experience: My daughter and 2 friends rented a property through Bloom and have had nothing but grief. The place was not clean when they moved in and even though they sent the cleaners back it was still filthy. The bathroom door was literally falling off its hinges and was never fixed until it did. The dishwasher has not worked since they moved in on September 1st, Garbage bins were supposed to be replaced and never were so they replaced them themselves. The washer and dryer have strange smells and cleaner was only dropped off Oct 30th approximately a month after being notified of the problem. They have had ants other issues with bugs. Not a good experience at all.

Fantastic experience: I have been collaborating with Bloom Property Management for my rental property for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Kristin and Devon are highly professional, experienced, and hardworking. They recently helped me with a tenant replacement, and I truly trust their expertise. They always know exactly what needs to be done and provide clear, timely responses to any questions I have. Working with them has been a pleasure, and I highly recommend Bloom Property Management to anyone looking for reliable property management services.

Negative experience: Bloom does not accommodate those with severe disabilities, and does not follow AODA laws. They constructively evict those who ask for accommodation instead by means of reprisal and threats of further action. We are currently filing an HRTO claim against both Bloom and Trident Property Management as both are failing to uphold the law regarding accessibility. Units are non-compliant with code, parking is a hassle. They will give your guests parking tickets for parking even briefly as they go around taking pictures of vehicles daily and send to the City of London Parking enforcement. They do not care about Ontario legislation regarding parking permits or disabled parking. Their disability parking at 3260 Singleton Avenue is simply for show. They will ask the city of London to unlawfully give you tickets even if you have a valid permit. We will unfortunately see how our HRTO complaint is handled by both businesses, but safe to say, we do not recommend purchasing or renting here.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to bloom property management from a previous ex employee of the first property management company I had currently been using . It was a nightmare to say the least . I made a quick call over to bloom and had a great conversation with Devon and explained my situation.After deciding to have bloom take on my property management, I was introduced to the team quickly and forms of communication were had to make such an easy and quick turnover . I’m very happy to know my investment is in good hands .

Negative experience: ** please pay close attention to how they respond to negative comments, it shows their entitlement ** Consider this a warning to all.. do not do business with these people. They do shady business! When we moved in there was visible damage to the floors and carpets. This was reported to them but nothing was done. When we moved out it was demanded that we pay for minor wear and tear damages we left behind to replace the floors.. but the floors were never replaced for us.. they will not and can not answer as to why it fell on us to have the floors replaced when we lived with the huge damages left behind from previous tenants. We moved in with gouges in the master bedroom floor and the carpet on the stairs all ripped up. Neither was ever repaired. Initially when they did their final walk through, they tried to blame us for the floors they never repaired before we moved in, but since there was evidence that we had contacted them about the damage they couldn’t pin it on us. Additionally, we were left to complete duties that would be expected of a landlord ie, changing specialty light bulbs, being told to buy and change air filters ourselves, that type of thing. Now their response here will probably mention some garbage left behind which we do take responsibility for. We were not allowed to leave it out (because garbage only comes bi-weekly) and to have the unit in the SPECTACULAR condition that we left it in, did leave some garbage.. the floors were left sparking and the unit empty besides a few things. It should be noted the garbage was in bags, NEATLY in the garage to be taken out. It was not a disaster like I’m sure they have dealt with in past tenants. We were exceptional tenants. Our rent was always on time, and in one case they were paid extra rent that then had to be refunded to us. They will pull some sob story about how they are a small family run business, but they are vultures, and only care for money. They are quite large (actually) in size and my only concerns is for the wellbeing of other London renters. I do hope more people become aware on the shady tactics used by this company. RENTERS BEWARE!!

Fantastic experience: Lived in a bunch of different apartments and condos throughout London and area and have never had PMs like Bloom. They are very attentive, on the ball, and ensure the area is clean and pristine! Would recommend always for anyone to move into one of their properties.

Negative experience: **** be careful potential tenants **** Report and document every single damage to the very poor quality of these units before moving in! Otherwise, property management will take advantage of this and try very hard to screw things up and put it on your responsibility when you move out! Do not share your report with the property management. Instead, save it for your own reference. This is just a brief summary of such a personal experience! Don't hesitate to reach out for more info!

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I were struggling to find a place to rent until we came across a Bloom Property posting on Facebook. Kristin gave us a tour of a cute little house, but sadly that owner went with other tenants. Kristin delivered the bad news, but she didn't give up on us! She found the perfect house for us and was able to show it to us the next morning. We put in our application and got it! With out her we would still be panic searching for a place.
