Negative experience: Mehdi H was extremely unprofessional, apathetic, rushy, and quick to judge. He made me send over several personal documents only to tell me I needed a co-signer, even though I have a good credit score, decent income and an established career. I refuse to believe the rental market is that competitive. I've worked with other realtors in the past and they were MUCH better/willing to be flexible. Never again with condos.ca.

Fantastic experience: I recently worked with Jennifer Meade on a Purchase Sale. She went above and beyond to land my perfect condo, working on holidays, weekends, past Midnight with a Seller in a different time zone. I was hesitant about viewing this listing; the photos were not great, and it was a 2-bed 2-full-bath. I thought it was outside my price range; I was only looking for a large 1-bedroom. However, Jen saw the opportunity we had, and I am so grateful I listened to her. We ended up breaking a record in the building, obtaining the place at a great price at $851 per sq ft the average price per sq ft in that building is $1034 per sq ft! The photos on the listing were not professionally done, but Jen insisted it would look much better in person. It was like day and night. I highly recommend working with Jen for anyone looking in the city! I probably would have only gotten a large 1-bedroom if I worked with anyone else. She helped me get a BETTER, larger place in my desired area with the same budget! We got this place for $630 K just 2 years ago, the same units in the building were selling for over $800 K. Jen is responsive, hard-working, it does not matter what time it is, she will not stop until it is done. I got a better place than I ever could have imagined, and I could not have done it without her! If you are looking to get something better than you ever expected, work with Jen!

Negative experience: The system is beyond overbearing. Start to finish way too many auto replies and hoops to jump through. As a whole Arvin is truly awful to communicate with, the process was belittling, aggressive, and truly not worth the hastle. My advice if you use automated systems- make sure they work. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with condos. I was lucky to just be looking for a place on my own terms, and was not in a time crunch to move. If I had been these awful chains of communications would have been worse and bigger impact.

As someone new to Ontario’s leasing process—and navigating it all from outside Toronto—I couldn't have asked for a better representative than Kali Hansen. She was incredibly patient, kind, and responsive to all my (many!) questions. Kali went above and beyond: arranging viewings, proactively pursuing offers on my behalf, and consistently acting in my best interest. Negative experience: Unfortunately, my partner and I haven’t had the best experience with this agency. I won’t name any names, as I don’t want to single anyone out, but we encountered the same issue with two different agents. My partner initially reached out to one of the agents and requested viewings at about four different properties, one of which was a top priority. We submitted both of our letters of employment as requested. The agent informed him that a viewing had been booked for Friday. However, on Friday morning, she emailed him to say she wasn’t able to secure the viewing and rescheduled it for Saturday instead. Then on Saturday, she emailed again to cancel, explaining that the unit had received offers and was no longer available for showings. After that, there was no follow-up or assistance in booking the other units we had expressed interest in. Frankly, the two last-minute cancellations left us feeling discouraged. While we understand that things can fall through, we are clearly active in our search, and it didn’t feel like the agent was genuinely trying to help us. I then contacted a second agent from the same agency and requested viewings at three other units. She responded two days later, asking about our desired move-in date (which I stated as May 1st or June 1st), as well as our preferences and budget. I provided all the requested information, but it’s now been over a week and I have yet to hear anything back—no confirmation of viewings, nor any further updates. To add context, my partner and I both have stable, well-paying corporate jobs. Our preferences are within reason, and our budget is aligned with current market values. While we weren’t asked for our Equifax reports, we had them ready and both have strong credit scores. Given all of this, there’s really no clear reason why we should have experienced such a lack of responsiveness. This is not to say that all agents at this agency are unprofessional, but having similar experiences with two separate agents does not inspire confidence. Unfortunately, we will not be working with this agency going forward, and we have since received support elsewhere.

Negative experience: I bought a condo on January 15, 2025. The representative consistently suggested condos were going for higher than listing price. It was frustrating to argue with my realtor about securing the best deal. I felt he was pushing for higher prices to increase his commission. After moving in, I discovered the central heating was malfunctioning. I contacted the realtor and was told, "It's too late. You'll have to eat the costs of the repair." I was forced to used an electrical heater and eventually got very sick. If you prefer to pay inflated prices, consider using their services
