Expérience négative: ⭐ Very Disappointing Experience I had an appointment scheduled with Tonya Koch to come view our house and discuss what she could do to help us sell it. We were hopeful that she might be able to offer some guidance and assistance, as selling our house has been a long and frustrating process. Unfortunately, Tonya never showed up for the appointment. There was no phone call, no text, no email, and absolutely no explanation or communication whatsoever. I understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but basic professional courtesy means letting people know if you can’t make an appointment. Our time matters too, and leaving us waiting with no explanation was extremely disappointing. First impressions matter, and this experience was very unprofessional. Based on this interaction, I would have a hard time recommending her to others.
