Expérience fantastique: I’ve got nothing but great things to say about Sean! This was our first time buying a home, and we wanted to go into it slowly and with caution. We were prepared to keep renting for another year if we couldn’t find the right house, and didn’t want to rush anything. Sean understood completely, and took the process at our pace. We looked at about 25 houses over the course of about 2 months, and in that time, Sean taught us everything to look out for when viewing a house, from the wiring, to the plumbing, leak potential, roof quality, structural issues, etc. We went in knowing very little about what to look out for, and came out of it with a sense of confidence that we could start to spot these things ourselves. During this time, Sean never once pressured us on picking a certain house, and was very honest in his opinions of them. When we were looking for an agent, we felt that finding one that we really connected with would help all the other pieces of the home buying process fall into place, and that’s exactly what happened. As said, Sean is fantastic, and we ended up using the mortgage broker he suggested as well as the inspector, and we are very glad we did. They were all equally as reliable as Sean, and made the other aspects of buying a home very smooth. We ended up finding a great home, which we got under asking price. I won't lie, I came in a sceptic about realtors in general but after working with Sean I now realize the undeniable value a REALLY good realtor brings to the process of finding and buying a house, especially our first house. Sean worked really hard to understand exactly what I wanted and needed. He is very honest and will never sugar coat anything. He would advice me to walk away from a deal that is not worth it despite I haven't reached my max budget yet. I have SO MANY requirements (over 30) in finding a house along with a tight budget and one of them, which eliminates 50% of the house choice is no pet (I've bad allergies). He will recommend you the pricing on the offers so he can haggle for the best deal possible! The best way to work with Sean is to let him know everything (your budget, your timeline, your needs, your wish, and worries). Don't be afraid to tell him if something changed or something new that popped along the way! Emails are most recommended but he always answers our calls. He listens, encourages, and ensure you get what you want! He will never ghost you and will make sure you are being taken care of even after you brought the house.
