Expérience fantastique: We could not recommend Rachel enough! We asked Rachel over to our house to discuss "possibly" selling in this complicated market (July 2022). She came over prepared with market comparisons and explained the process of selling and buying and what the best strategies were for the current market. When we asked her if it would be possible to list the house in the next two weeks, she barely batted an eyelid. We prepped the house and Rachel and Christina staged and photographed it and in 2 weeks the house was listed. After one day on the market and multiple offers, the house was sold above asking (in August of all months!). The next challenge was finding us a new house to move into. We had a rate locked in with our bank that we wanted to ensure we got and 3 year old twins that we needed a home for in a good school district. Of course after we sold, ad already quiet market went even quieter. Rachel maintained positivity throughout it all and eased our stress with every conversation. With 4 weeks to go we found our dream house, which we thought we had no chance at getting. Well with Rachel's negotiations, not only did we get the house but we managed to find an agreeable closing arrangement so as we could get our lower mortgage rate. If Rachel was ever out of town or tied up with another commitment, she ensured that there was someone else there to show us a house or answer our questions. There was always someone available from the Morgan Wasley Group to answer our email/phone call or provide us with a full brochure/PDF that would explain a process or make recommendations for the next steps. Expérience fantastique: We had this crazy idea, basically in the height of the pandemic. The idea was: What if we listed our house (virtually) and used this time as a new start for our family. We've always wanted to be closer to the water and on a quieter street. ⁣We had nothing to lose. ⁣ Rachel Morgan had our house staged & listed in less than a week, and SOLD in just over a month (at 99% of our asking price). She created a stunning virtual tour that allowed buyers to 'walk through' the house without stepping foot in it, which kept everyone safe. ⁣ ⁣ We started allowing a few serious buyers through, after being heavily screened with a questionnaire. When they came through the house, masks and gloves were required, and nothing was allowed to be touched.
