Soni Chachad - Real Estate | Realtor | Burlington | Hamilton

Expérience fantastique: Five star service and delivery, highly recommend! My daughter and I have used Soni for both a house sale and rental. It was a 10/10 experience each time! Soni is a responsive, knowledgeable and caring agent, who invests the time in ensuring each part of the transaction goes smoothly and up to her client’s standards. Soni goes above and beyond with her marketing, and ensures the property presents well. Thank you so much for the recent sale of our home above market value!

Expérience fantastique: We sold then purchased a house with Soni, she made the sale of our house easy with a strategic plan of what price would get our house sold in the time we were looking to sell it in. Her marketing was amazing and was able to bring in several viewings. When we were purchasing a house she gave us no pressure, she listened and watched to see what we were looking for in a house. When viewing a house she would look at the fine details like appliances and windows, while we looked at if the rooms in the house fit our future lifestyle. We would then meet back up and she would fill us in with what she found or her suggestions. Overall she was informative and kind, she will try her best to meet timelines and will tell you if you timelines are unrealistic. I would recommend Soni to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a property.

Expérience fantastique: Soni was our realtor for our home purchase in Hamilton. She personalized our home search right from the first meeting by thoroughly reviewing our wants/needs, and adjusted this as we discovered our needs changing. She provided expertise on home values, as well as the entire home buying process for us as first time home buyers. She was available whenever we had any question with very quick response times, and went above and beyond with the level of dedication she showed to finding us the perfect home. We would recommend Soni to any friend/family member/colleague looking to purchase a new home!

Expérience fantastique: I had a great experience working with Soni and her team to find a tenant for my rental property. The entire process was smooth and completely stress-free. They were responsive, helpful, and handled everything I needed, which really took the weight off my shoulders. I was able to secure a tenant quickly, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional support.

Expérience fantastique: We can't thank Soni enough for everything she did to help us sell our home that we lived in for many many years. This was a major life transition for us, and she made the entire process smooth, manageable, and far less stressful than we expected. From the very beginning, she earned our complete trust with her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. She guided us every step of the way and always made sure we felt comfortable and informed. We're incredibly grateful for her patience, support, and dedication. We truly couldn't have asked for a better Realtor! Highly recommend!!

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I worked with Soni though both the purchase of and sale of our townhouse in Binbrook. During our home purchase Soni took the time to understand what was important to us, reminded us not to rush, and guided us through the process with her expertise. We were new to the province and she was incredibly helpful to guide us through unfamiliar neighbourhoods, towns, and different areas of Hamilton. We felt comfortable with her from day 1 and maintained a connection with her during our years in Hamilton until the recent sale of our home as we again moved out of province. Soni truly went above and beyond, always keeping communication open, answering our questions with quick and efficient replies (even after closing dates). We are so grateful for the connection we made with Soni and the thoughtfulness of the dedication she provides for her clients - even showing up with a surprise basket on our daughters first birthday. Beyond these personable moments, Soni ensured we maintained the best negotiating power and we always felt confident in her advice and navigations through complex processes. She does everything top of the line and was always one step ahead.

Expérience fantastique: Soni made purchasing & selling our home as stress free and easy as it could have possibly been. We recently sold our house from out of town and communication was a key component of us being able to do this successfully. Soni went above and beyond to ensure we felt like we were there in person every step of the way and kept us informed of everything throughout the whole process. We are so happy that we worked with her on our purchase and recent sale. There is no one else we would recommend to use in the Hamilton area.

Expérience fantastique: It’s always great working with Soni! She’s very professional, organized, and genuinely cares about providing the best experience for her clients. We recently worked together to ensure the buyer received a perfect home — our team helped prepare the property by working on the lawn and exterior areas. Expérience fantastique: Professional and friendly service at its best. Myself and wife have relocated to Ontario from the UK and have been recommended Soni by local friend former client of hers to find us a home in Toronto area. We were unware of the tremendous difficulties newcomers to Canada encounter to get their first home over here. One has to brace oneself to have their previous life looked at with a microscope by the Canadian landlords. Soni has navigated us through the highs and lows of the process with outmost mastery and patience. We laughed and cried together along the way. We could have never made it through the process without her. Thank you Soni.

Expérience fantastique: Working with Soni and her team was an outstanding experience. This is the 2nd time I've worked with them, and again, exceptional work. Soni and her team are incredibly responsive, very adaptive, and very dedicate in their roles. They was always able to accommodate my schedule, consistently exceed expectations, and go the extra mile for their clients. I would strongly recommend Soni for anyone looking for a professional, expedient, and dedicated realtor who will always put your needs first.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve developed a partnership with Soni and her team for about 5 years now and while the home buying exercise can be very tedious, involving many visits and offers, Soni’s demeanour has never wavered! Soni’s been kind, attentive, respectful and supportive to our needs, and when combined with the growing list of services, the attention to detail and timeliness of her support staff, it’s been an extremely successful partnership that can’t go without being praised!

Expérience fantastique: I’ve worked with Soni for many years, and she’s consistently shown dedication and professionalism. Her market knowledge and attention to detail ensure a smooth and successful transaction every time. Soni is a reliable and trustworthy realtor I highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: We worked with Soni in a hard market with high interest rates. She was an amazing realtor and became an extension of our family! Her staging and marketing team were amazing for sale, they pivoted based on feedback and were meticulous with detail. When searching for a new home she worked around our busy schedules (and even showed us homes through the holidays!) and when we found our dream home she shared our story to the sellers and helped us close with our best offer - under asking. It was a challenging market and she was there every step of the way with options and expertise to support us! Soni sold a family estate, my home, and helped with the purchase of our current home! Soni's industry knowledge, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond is the absolute best!

Expérience fantastique: We had the pleasure of working with Soni as our realtor as first time home buyers and the entire experience was just fantastic. Soni is not only a great human being, but has an extreme abundance of patience and understanding. We had never purchased a property before and I admit that we were a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. Soni was there at every step of the way, giving us honest advice and direction and we really couldn't ask for more in our home buying process. Thanks a lot Soni for everything that you have helped us with in making this process relatively easy for us.

Expérience fantastique: Soni was absolutely amazing and went out of her eay to help us as much as possible with our purchase, helping us every step of the way. I highly recommend and will never buy a house without her!

Expérience fantastique: Soni is the realtor/friend you want in your corner. She’s honest and relentless. Always thinking of our needs first and always willing to go the extra distance.

Expérience fantastique: Care, compassion, professionalism and a penchant for being in the right place at the right time. That’s Soni Chachad and her team. We met with Soni in late October 2023 with a request – we needed to sell two houses and buy a new home. Each of had lived in our homes on average for 24 years so choosing the right spot was very important. We shared what was important to us, areas where we wanted to live and the lifestyle we were creating to enjoy our lives together. We received the best service (better than best!) that we could have ever imagined. Soni connected us with the right contractors to make sure our individual homes had very special TLC. Her team of movers headed up by Luke carefully listened to what we needed during several moves of furniture from December to June and made sure that they arrived on time and within budget. Soni provided us with names of home inspectors and the one we chose for our two homes prepared excellent reports. When Soni said to us “you need to do this step first before you do anything else”, we knew it was the right thing to do. Before we visited a house, Soni provided us with all its background so we were prepared for what we were going to experience. She travelled far and wide through Niagara, Fort Erie, Stoney Creek, Grimsby, Hamilton and Dundas with us until we found “that” home which made us smile. Soni was figuratively and literally beside us for every visit, even arranging with another agent (thank you Lionet!) to accompany us for the one instance she was out of town. Soni was there for every phone and video call, every text and email. When we were out of the country for a time, Soni arranged a walk through visit so we could view the property online. Soni was always available when we needed help, when we overwhelmed with decisions, when we weren’t sure where to turn and finally, with us when we celebrated on three different occasions, all happening within 23 calendar days from late May to late June. Our exhaustion was countered with elation and Soni was there at every point. Looking back on that period of time, we are amazed that everything came together. We ended up in a few stressful situations but Soni was already on top of any possibilities and made sure that she helped us manage them with a combination of smart advice and a sense of humour. 1. Are YOU in the market to find an agent who truly cares about you and your happiness? 2. Do you want to partner with someone who has the demonstrated real estate and financial background to help find your perfect home? 3. Do you appreciate someone with active listening skills, the ability to negotiate, problem solve, honesty and who is fully committed to your happiness in your new home? If you answered yes to these three questions, your choice MUST be Soni Chachad. We are so very grateful to her! Lesley and John

Highly recommend her, she knows what she's doing...and on top of it all she's so pleasant. Top notch! Lucky to have her as my agent.

Expérience fantastique: Our Realtor Lionet is Amazing. The way she handled the deal was Outstanding. She was so patient to answer our silly questions. We wouldn't have made this deal successful if we'd worked with other realtors. Dedication: Working on the deal in-between her family function and late night document preparation is unbelievable.

She never made my wife and me feel uncomfortable and helped us throughout in the journey! Soni explained everything in a way which was easy to understand terms and process of making the offer to working with the mortgage banker. Today, again thanks to her, we proudly proclaim of having adequate knowledge in the real estate world. Expérience fantastique: Soni makes home buying feel at home. She’s super thorough in her backend research and has overarching knowledge of the complete home buying process. We purchased our second property with Soni and the experience was as smooth as it was during the first time, no surprises. Soni is never rushed, calm and composed even during negotiations. That makes the whole process stress free and as said earlier – you feel at home.

Expérience négative: seems like this soni chachad has no clue what realestate seems like . rude unprofessional and do not know what doing ?

Expérience fantastique: We had the pleasure of working with Soni for the sale of our house and finding the perfect new home. From the beginning Soni had this warm friendly personality and we knew she would be the one representing us. She went above and beyond helping us make sure we knew all the ins and outs and that we understood our options before making any decisions. She guided us thru the entire process and was available to us whenever we needed her help. We now consider her a family friend and would highly recommend Soni Chachad to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable realtor. Without her and her guidance the house hunting and selling process would not be possible. We thank her for all she has done to make this a great experience.

Expérience fantastique: Soni helped us find the perfect home and was exceptionally helpful at every stage of the buying process and beyond. She's an excellent estate agent and we're so glad we chanced upon meeting her. I'd highly recommend her to anyone I know buying or selling.

Thanks for your passion and commitment for work to make your clients successful ..

Expérience fantastique: We used Zolo Realty to find a rental house in Greater Toronto Area at a time when the market was very hot with average of 8 tenant offers per rental. Bidding on rental homes was something I had never seen or heard of. After multiple weeks of losing bids / offers and not finding a house we ultimately decided to change our agent as we had some major time constraints. I was referred to Soni by a friend and within 3 days of working closely with Soni she found us a rental house! No, we didn't just get lucky, all the credit goes to Soni who made it happen for us in spite of 7 offers on the rental. She represented us really very well with the landlord and their agent and worked very closely with them over the course of the listing, 24 hour period, to make this happen. This representation was completely missing with the Zolo agent we were working with. Not just that but Soni was very conscious about not getting us to pay more rent than needed even though she knew we could have afforded a bit more. Our bid was $150 / month less than the highest bid but we still got the house. Soni is an excellent agent - strong work ethic, strong communication and salesmanship (in a positive way), knows the housing market well and has deep knowledge of the neighborhoods in the cities she operates in. It was an absolute pleasure working with Soni and I will highly recommend her!

Expérience fantastique: We got our dream home in the so called Sellers Market . Looks to be very harsh for a First Time Home Buyer. Would this be possible without Soni? Don't believe so. We would have definitely found a home , but would it be the dream home??? As your Real Estate agent, you expect your agent to be 1) Empathetic- Soni could put herself in our shoes and understand what we are going through and what we desire. 2) Patient- Totally patient. There were times when we got all the paper work done and told Soni at the last moment , we are not bidding. You will find her totally unaffected advising us to do what we thing is good for us . There are many other instances where we joked today Soni will be done with us. You will find her with a smile totally ready for the next step in this journey. 3) Your Advocate (Customer  Centricity)- You can trust her to be your best advocate. She will talk to the seller agent and ensure that your intention is well communicated to the seller and the sellers intention to you before you bid. She will stand for you. 4) Very Honest & Attention to detail- She was never interested to rush us in. On the other hand she used to remind us our limits and interests when we got carried away by the market . She will look at the minute stuff at home and point you to things which missed your sight . 5) Know the area well- We were focusing on the west GTA region. She knew this area so  so well. That helps a lot . 6) Closure , Network & Contacts- She does not just stand with you until you get a  home. Totally along with you for closure. Appreciate her contacts she has right from Mortgage agent, Lawyer, moving agency, to cleaning agency  etc etc . You name it and all of them are so kind and professional . Really a great network of people she has built to run . I would strongly recommend Soni as a Real Estate Agent /Advocate. If 5 star is the best that Google provides, not right for her. She is far above the 5 star :). Thanks Soni !!!!

Expérience fantastique: Soni is the epitome of professionalism. Excellent and astute listener.

Expérience fantastique: Actually, 10 out of 5 stars!!! Soni Chachad is the EPITOME of ORGANIZATION, PREPAREDNESS, COMMUNICATION WITH OPEN MIND and ultimate PROFESSIONALISM. Highly recommended realtor who will meet all your needs and provide a smooth and phenomenal experience.

Expérience fantastique: We walked into Soni's (digital) office a few months ago, with skepticism about our investing decision, and with no real study about the Niagara peninsula. Within a few minutes of interaction, She figured out that our buying decision was more about walk-score, potential-customer-base, potential-revenues and ROIs. Soni was very thorough to screen properties per our requirement, show them to us digitally and in person, help us with the subsequent due-diligence and finally close the sale. Truly a thoroughbred professional with a calm and pleasing personality: surely a pleasure to work with. Strongly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: We met Soni after searching for a home for months on end - she was a little slice of heaven sent to us! Soni completely changed our real estate experience. She wholeheartedly listened to what we wanted and needed, she gave us the most thorough walk-throughs of each home, and never rushed us. She also worked with our budget and never pressured us. She was a pleasure to work with and even remained helpful after we closed. We were so lucky to have met her and we can't wait to work with her again in the future!

Expérience fantastique: We would like to highly recommend our real estate agent, Soni Chachad, who recently helped us buy our house. She was very patient with us, carefully understood our requirements, and never rushed us in buying. She did her due diligence in analyzing even the minute details of the house and made sure everything was in order before we put the offer. She worked very closely with us and our lawyer at every step of the house deal. The best part with her was that she helped us in settling down in the new house as we were new to the neighbourhood well beyond after her job was done. We would definitely hire her as our agent for our next purchase as we have no hesitations with her whatsoever

Expérience fantastique: Selling your home is always going to be bigger step than you think, and the realtor can really make or break the process. Add in a global pandemic, and the pressure is on. Soni & Linoet were nothing short of a blessing to us when selling my parents home. Before covid hit, we spoke and hired a realtor that honestly made us question the value of our home and left us quite mistrustful of the process. From the get-go, Soni and Linoet were open and transparent. They made themselves readily available to my parents as well as us. They walked us through literally every step, from staging the house to accepting the offers made. I simply cannot say enough about their value system – it really comes through in their work, communication, approach, and outcome. They care, they empathize, they explain their strategies and whys behind them. If you are looking for a team with high business ethics and quite honestly kind hearts, they should be your choice. Soni & Linoet, we are forever grateful – thank you.

Expérience fantastique: Very grateful for Soni’s constant support, guidance and patience during my real estate journey. As a first time homebuyer there’s a lot I didn’t know, and Soni was so patient in explaining every step and never rushed me through this entire journey. She’s incredibly diligent, and always had my best interests in mind when it came to closing. Even though many unexpected things popped up, Soni helped problem solve and was on top of everything. I’m grateful to had Soni as my real estate agent through this transition - knowing she was with me every step of the way made the stress so much more manageable. Definitely recommend her services! Thanks again Soni!

Expérience fantastique: I have bought and sold many homes and Soni is by far the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Her understanding of the market and current conditions and exceptional negotiating skills were everything a client could ask for and more. I look for to my next real estate transaction because I know it will be in good hands.

Expérience fantastique: Soni helped us in our recent real estate search. She was recommended to us by a colleague. Soni was patient with us, listened to our needs, wants and concerns, and then presented us with options that met our criteria. She has a great sense of humour that made the searching an adventure, instead of a stressful event. Soni takes the time to make her own observations and communicated them to us honestly. She is knowledgeable about the current market and area and was very professional in her interactions. We would highly recommend Soni to our friends and family, as we are confident that she will share the same sense of care and passion to meet the needs of her clients. Thank Soni! Signed by a very satisfied and happy family!

Expérience fantastique: We are so grateful to have been referred to Soni by our friends. She made the selling process such an easy one and was so accommodating during such a hectic time. We are a young family with a toddler and a baby on the way when we decided to put our house up for sale all while this pandemic was happening. She put us at ease and reassured us that everything would be okay and we would be safe. She also made sure to accommodate the showing times to make sure our toddler could nap. She always puts her clients first and makes sure we have everything we need. She is so honest and knowledgeable about real estate and will always steer you in the right direction. Thank you Soni for making this transition a smooth one for our family.

Expérience fantastique: We worked with Soni Chachad recently to sell our home in Stoney Creek, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Soni’s incredible work. Soni brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with nervous first time buyers. Soni was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions. She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience!

Expérience fantastique: Soni Chachad is very professional, courteous and reliable. Her penchant for details and organizational skills are impressive. She operates with integrity and always makes herself available to her clients’ needs. I would highly recommend Soni for your real estate needs. I think the world of her!

Expérience fantastique: Soni helped us in finding our first house in Canada. We found her committed, well prepared and honest in her dealing with us. In fact, she educated us about important aspects of house and neighborhood selection in GTA. We would definitely like to work with her in future.

Expérience fantastique: Soni is so great to work with. Professional, smart, conected and always pleasant. I hope to work with her again.

Expérience fantastique: We were connected with Soni as we were looking for investment properties. Not only did she listen and understand what we were looking for, she also opened us up to the market helping us to realize more possibilities than we first thought and ultimately gave us the confidence to move forward. She offered a great deal of realistic advice from her years of experience with the market and where we could unlock real potential. In the end, all of this added up to an experience where we were able to make an informed and comfortable move forward.

Expérience fantastique: I cannot say enough good things about Soni Chachad. As someone new to entrepreneurship and embarking on a major business venture, choosing Soni to help me find the right office space was by far one of my best decisions. She provided me with the necessary information to get started, immediately set me up with a portal for touring spaces and made herself available to show me those spaces when it was convenient for me. She used her knowledge and expertise and negotiated a great lease for me (despite a few hiccups along the way that were by no means her fault; her troubleshooting is second to none!) and was a tremendous support in so many ways. I cannot imagine having done this without her and am so very grateful to her for all that she has done for me. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone whether commercial or residential. If you want someone in your corner who will mo ve mountains for you - choose Soni. Thank you so much Soni, for everything. Kara

Expérience fantastique: First time using Soni to both sell our first home and buy a new one. Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Soni is and at how helpful she was, as it was our first sale. Soni went above and beyond to make sure we sold at a value that was agreeable and bought a house that, not only, did we feel comfortable in but also fell in love with. We both found Soni very easy to talk to and found that she not only wanted us to be happy but was also thinking of our future when we told her what our plans where and tailored viewings according to what would most fit. I happily recomend Soni to anyone who is in the market to sell or to purchase as you will find no one else who will go to the same lengths to ensure your decision is the best one for you nor anyone who cares as much about your new home as you do.

Expérience fantastique: We are so fortunate to get in touch with Soni Chachad not just in terms of making our house buying experience memorable but also meeting a person of great values and with amazing experiences of life. Soni's knowledge, expertise and conduct in real estate business is commendable. With our specific needs and requirements under a planned budget only a realtor like Soni who understand client 360 degrees can make it possible. She is passionate about her work that we experienced from her knowledge of the neighborhood, how she considers technical details of house layout, market analysis, and her versatile communication skills made our journey of house hunting a success. For us she was approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends) which ultimately helped us to make the deal at extremely competitive offer. We really appreciate and recommend Soni to anyone who want to initiate or is on the journey of house to home. We tag Soni as "Real Estate Dreamer" as she is extremely passionate about her work and the relationship build on it.

Expérience fantastique: Best experience selling a house we've ever had. The energy that Soni brings to the table is contagious. Her experience shines through every step of the way. Thank you Soni, for making this wonderful for my family and myself.

Expérience fantastique: I do not have enough words to describe how happy I am with the service Soni provided us!! To start, Soni was fully involved with helping us get ready to sell. From cleaning, to fixing up the house. She was involved in every step of the process. Connected us with an amazing mortgage broker and lawyer. Soni was able to sell our house in EIGHT days. And for more than what we expected our house to sell for! A few short days later, we found a house we loved and wanted to purchase. Soni won us the house in a three person bidding war! Hands down, the best experience we have ever had with a realtor. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. She truly cares about her clients and their families. My children will be so sad not to see her every day ❤️ Thanks Soni!!!

Expérience fantastique: We were so lucky to find Sony as our real estate agent. We were looking for investment properties & Soni went to great length to show us as many properties as we wished. She provided us with all the details about each & every property we saw, explained pros & cons in detail, did a lot of research for us and guided us through the whole process. Soni is very personable, knowledgeable, very patient and calm. We never felt pressured to buy any property. We did find a very nice house & Soni successfully negotiated a great price on our behalf. We truly enjoyed working with Soni. She is passionate about her work and enjoys working with you. She is honest, works hard for you and will show as many properties as you want with a smiling face. We strongly recommend Soni for your real estate needs. If we or any of our family members decide to buy property in future, Soni is the person we will go to. Thanks you Soni for all your hard work.

Expérience fantastique: It’s my pleasure writing recommendation for Soni Chachad. She is stunning, amazing and very helpful. We bought our second home through Soni. We were so confused initially with our decision but Soni’s amazing skills and expertise helped us making right decision. We never felt pressured into buying and Soni was wonderful at pointing out different aspects of each home we viewed. She is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent negotiator. She really cares for her clients and I am thankful for all she has done to me and my family. Will recommend Soni to anyone looking at buying or selling.

Expérience fantastique: When I made the decision to sell my parents’ house after my mom had a stroke, it was probably one of the most stressful times of my life. I was so overwhelmed with the thought of having to get their house ready for sale and then eventually finding them a new home. But the one calming factor throughout this very stressful time was my real estate agent, Soni Chachad. I can’t even begin to explain how lucky I was to have her help me throughout this process. Soni is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Soni made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Who would have thought that after only meeting her 5 weeks ago, my parents house would be sold and that we would be getting the keys to their new condo in just over a week!! Soni has gone above and beyond her duties in my opinion. I have worked with several real estate agents in the buying and selling of my own homes, but no one comes close to the outstanding service she has provided. She has exceeded any and all of my expectations and I will only work with Soni when selling and purchasing a home in the future and I give her the highest recommendation!

Expérience fantastique: OMG what can I say, words are not enough to thank her. This girl is amazing, like totally amazing, above and beyond amazing. We were having some trouble selling our home but Soni came in like super women and took our worries away. With detailed information on the listing, nice clear photos, virtual tours, customized web page, flyers and professionally organized open houses, she did the job! She treated the place just the same as she would treat her own. Was very honest about everything. There were times when i wanted to spend more and she would guide me and let me know if my spending would even be worth it or not. Most of the time agents like saying ‘The whole house needs to be redone’, but it wasn’t like that with her. She is very professional and loves her job. There were times i wasn’t able to come home before a showing, but again Super Soni would come and set up the home for a perfect showing. She even helped put up new light fixtures!! Now, what realtor does that? Again, most realtors will not spend that extra 10-15 mins to help you out but will give you a contractors number to call and make you spend over $100. Another reason to go with Soni is, which i think was just the cherry on top of her services, was that she didn’t disappear after her job is done. She makes sure everything is completed as promised. We also bought our new home with her, and she went above and beyond. Finding out what school my son will be going to, new appliances, looking up all my utility needed contact numbers, and even looking up what day is going to be my new garbage pick up day. Im soo proud of her and i know for a fact that this girl will accomplish a lot in life. My whole family loves her dearly and that is mainly due to her personality. Her friendly smile and her professionalism is what attracts other agents and customers. If you need a realtor, then this is the girl you want to go with! Again We love you you ‘Super Soni’!!! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! ❤️
