Expérience négative: Our experience with Moe was extremely disappointing- TWICE. The first time we dealt with him, we went to view a rental property that was in filthy condition. Instead of communicating with the homeowner or attempting to resolve the issue, Moe immediately cancelled the lease on us. When we contacted the owner ourselves, she was shocked to hear what had happened and had no idea the property was in that state. She immediately replaced all of the carpeting and hired a professional cleaning company. It was clear the situation could have easily been resolved with basic communication, but Moe chose to walk away from the deal instead. He was upset we went to the owners ourselves to communicate and she reinstated our lease herself. Unfortunately, we ended up dealing with him again when trying to rent another property. Once again, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. We were given time to finalize finances as agreed, but throughout the process Moe was extremely difficult to deal with and seemed impossible to satisfy. At one point he even began giving unsolicited advice about how we should manage our business finances, which was completely inappropriate and outside his role. Despite the fact that paperwork had been signed and we had already met the homeowners, Moe abruptly cancelled the entire lease again. Overall, our experience felt like Moe was quick to wash his hands of situations rather than communicate or try to find solutions. Based on our experiences we would not recommend working with him. 0/10 stars
