Our buying experience was 10/10.

Expérience fantastique: Relocating into a new area can be very challenging , as we found out. We were referred to Alex of Team Woehrle. From the introduction to closing Alex was a valuable part of our journey . Rightsizing can be very unsettling for seniors. Super personable ,attentive and professional . Thanks for taking such good care of us Alex.

Expérience fantastique: Working with Alex Lantz and the Mark Woehrle team was all I could ask for and more! As a first-time homebuyer in Hamilton the entire home buying process was incredibly daunting, but Alex walked me through every single step of the process with patience and genuine care. She truly went above and beyond in ways I never expected. Since I don't drive, I thought viewing homes would be very difficult, but Alex completely removed that stress by driving me around to view all sorts of homes. Her responsiveness is unmatched. Whenever I had a question, she was there with a quick answer. What I also appreciated was that during negotiations she provided excellent advice on what price to offer. When I decided to offer lower than what she suggested, she didn't question or pressure me at all; she simply backed my decision and fought to get me the best deal which I really appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help me buy my first home.

Expérience fantastique: Phenomenal team! Did their absolute best to help me sell my home!Mark and Alex went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough!❤️

Expérience fantastique: Mark and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who has used them several times. They are such an amazing team and all of them supported us in our needs to buy and purchase a new home. Late night and early morning, phone calls were always answered. We always felt Mark had our back, especially in the selling of our home. Professionalism was always demonstrated by Mark and yet we always felt his warmth and caring no matter how many questions we asked. We would not hesitate in recommending Mark and his amazing team to anyone buying or purchasing a home.

Expérience fantastique: Mark helped us buy our home and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and always responsive. We highly recommend him!

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I have been feeling the old age and aches and pains and we realized we needed to sell our home in Port Dover and move to accommodations that would make our life easier. I was looking on an online search and wondering how to do this. Simple I thought! I googled “please find me a great real estate team, who is successful and attentive in Port Dover, Ontario “. Got a call shortly after from Mark and Wendy. We invited Mark Woehrle and Wendy Tanner to visit our home in Norfolk. We felt comfortable within a few minutes of meeting them and walked them through our home. We signed all documents , the sign went up in the yard and we were prepared to wait. Once the listing went on MLS on Friday afternoon the 10th of April . On Sat noon we had our first showing and another on Monday 13th The first firm offer on the 10 th. It was clear concise and exactly what we wanted . We signed their offer and are now on our way to new beginnings . Thank you so much Mark and Wendy

Expérience fantastique: We needed a realtor to help us with a last minute bidding war listing we found in Caledonia. After searching "Best Real Estate Agent in Hamilton", we found Mark Woehrle. He was listed as the #1 realtor in Hamilton on rate my agent, and had an abundance of 5 star reviews on google as well. It was a shot in the dark considering we had to bid on the house in less than 48 hrs, but with stats like that we decided to give him a try. All I can say is the numbers don't lie! Mark was exceptional. The high praise is 100% deserved. We first reached out late on a Sunday night, expecting to get a text or call back later in the week, but he actually called us back within 20 minutes that same night. That kind of responsiveness stayed consistent the whole time we worked with him and was truly a difference maker in our tight deadline situation. Suffice to say, that bid fell through (thankfully), and we got to spend a lot of time with Mark and his team moving forward. Being first-time buyers, we were pretty overwhelmed with the Hamilton market and didn't know where to start. Mark and his team didn't just show us houses; they actually taught us what to look for. When we were looking at properties in Hamilton, Caledonia and the surrounding areas, he was great at pointing out potential red flags like cracked foundations, moisture in basements, older furnaces, and more potentially expensive cans of worms we weren't ready to handle. He was able to give us the run-down on neighbourhood stats and future developments that we never would have known about, like new roads, housing developments, and more. He was never pushy about offers, or "settling" on a place. He just wanted us to be comfortable, and have the knowledge to make the best decision for our situation. He ended up helping us vet a massive list of listings, booking tons of viewings around our crazy work schedules (full time shift work x2!!). Every house viewing day was exciting for us, cause we got to hang out with Mark for a few hours while driving around looking for our potential forever home. When we found the right one, the entire process was smoothly & expertly handled by Mark and his team. Timely emails, meetings, and phone calls were all scheduled as necessary throughout the process to ensure we were in the loop every step of the way. He even connected us with a solid home inspector and local contractors once we closed! If you want a team that actually works for you and knows the local market inside and out, call Mark and his team. You will not regret it. We’re so happy with our new place and couldn't have done it without them!

Expérience fantastique: Like the mustang i owned in the late 80s, 5.0 is the number for Mark and his team. Excellent communication, over the top marketing, diligent in follow ups after showings, always ready to answer questions always available to take your call. We would definitely hire Mark and his team again for all real estate needs. Thank You Mark and team, your professionalism is appreciated.

Expérience fantastique: We had the pleasure of working with Alex Lantz in purchasing a home near McMaster/Ainslie Wood area. Alex’s expertise in the market for student housing/investment made the experience positive. We house-hunted for weeks and Alex’s communication, patience, and commitment to finding the right place never wavered. We would highly recommend Alex if you are looking to secure housing for your child at McMaster. She is an excellent resource, a positive ally, and an expert guide for your journey!

Expérience fantastique: I had an excellent experience working with Mark Woehrle and his team on the sale of my property in West Hamilton near McMaster University, a student rental house. Selling a multi-tenant investment property requires the right strategy and experience, and Mark’s team handled the entire process exceptionally well from start to finish. Their marketing approach was very professional and comprehensive. Using high-quality photography, impressive video marketing, floor plans, and strong signage, the property was showcased extremely well, including the home and the surrounding neighborhood. This strategy generated a high number of showings in a short period of time and ultimately resulted in multiple competing offers, creating strong competition among buyers. It was clear that Mark’s approach was results-oriented and focused on maximizing value for the seller. What really stood out was the negotiation strategy and patience during the offer process. Rather than rushing to accept the first offer, Mark carefully reviewed multiple offers with us and provided strategic advice throughout. Because of this approach, we ultimately secured a stronger offer and a higher price than my initial goal, which was a fantastic outcome. Despite a challenging real estate market, the property sold quickly and efficiently, which speaks to the team’s experience and their ability to position the property effectively in the marketplace. I also really appreciated the team-based approach. Mark was supported by Alex, Hailey, and Tanya, and everyone involved was responsive, organized, and professional throughout the transaction. Communication was clear at every stage and the entire process felt well coordinated and managed. Overall, it was a very positive real estate experience. I would highly recommend Team Mark Woehrle to anyone looking to buy or sell property—especially investment properties or student rental homes in the West Hamilton / McMaster area.

Expérience fantastique: Mark helped us sell our home in Brantford. He was friendly, hardworking and easy to communicate with also very knowledgeable with the area. Mark and his team took amazing photos and videos of the house . I would recommend Mark if your looking to buy or sell a house! Thank you Mark and your team for all your hardwork we appreciate everything you have done.

Expérience fantastique: Buying my first home was a huge milestone, and in Wendy, I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent to guide me through the process. She went above and beyond in every way possible — even arranging a showing for me on a holiday when everything else was closed. She worked around my schedule, always kept me informed through the process, and made the entire experience as stress-free as possible. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I’m incredibly grateful for all her hard work and can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients. Thank you Wendy!

Expérience fantastique: Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to work with. Always available to answer questions and made renting my dulpex house a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Expérience fantastique: Mark and his team were extremely responsive and helpful. It made the home buying process quick, easy and stress free. Highly recommend

Expérience fantastique: We found Mark after searching reviews for the best realtor in hamilton, and we were not disappointed! We messaged mark at 8pm on a sunday, and received a call back 20 minutes later to discuss our real estate needs. He was very professional, and offered great advice which really showcased his expertise. We wanted to put an offer on a house in Caledonia, which was closing the next day, and Mark was able to find time in his busy schedule to go do a walk-through with me to make sure we were buying a solid home. From the start, Mark and his team were absolutely stand out, and helped us through every step of the way. As first time home buyers, we were really unsure of the process, and how to navigate it all. Mark was able to shine some light on it and walked us through everything step by step. His knowledge and years of experience in real estate were truly evident. We ended up moving on from that house, and put together a large list of other houses for sale that we were interested in seeing, in Hamilton and surrounding regions. Mark took the time to sort through each and every one of them, weeding out the problem properties and offering solid advice about future investment and developments around the areas, neighbourhood stats, and comparable properties. Once we narrowed it down, he took care of booking many many viewings around our extremely busy schedules so we could find our dream home. He was also able to recommend some great companies for home inspections, and other home services we needed once moving in to our new place. With Mark's help, we found an absolutely beautiful home in Caledonia which we are extremely excited about. If you want a real estate agent / team who will work tirelessly for you, at all times of the day, then look no further. Mark and his team are exactly who you should call for all your real estate needs.

Expérience fantastique: If we could do a ten star review we would. An exceptional team who went over and above to secure a sale for our property. They were diligent with marketing material and regular open houses. Their confidence was infectious and their advice was sound and practical. Very grateful to Mark and Darla! What a team!

Expérience fantastique: Let me talk about the amazing experience I have had with Alex & Mark from Re/Max. My mother and I were lookin at a property and noticed Re/Max had listed the property so my mother reached out to an agent and by chance we had Alex reach back out to us. From day one she has been exceptionally amazing!! She booked the house immediately to our surprise and she did a walk through on FaceTime being that we are not local. She was brutally honest about the place and pointed out everywhere it would not be a fit for our family. We were absolutely impressed with her honesty and not just trying to make a quick sale. We then asked her to book another property in Corktown {Hamilton} and she was impressed with the property and we already knew that we could TRUST her input. We put on hold the offer process o get our financing in place and once we were ready Alex jumped right back in and helped us get our offer on the table, thankfully we had Mark to also jump in and help with the negotiation process and we all were able to come to an agreeable offer for both parties! I mean we all were up until 11pm negotiating. Once again we were impressed!!! I can only hope anyone deciding to take the leap to purchase a home will have a team so dedicated. I would recommend Alex & Mark Re/Max to anyone that asks… do you know a good agent??? Damn skippy I do!!!

Expérience fantastique: After working with 3 other Real Estate agents in the past, I had developed a certain understanding/expectation of how the profession works, and how agents deal with their clients. After working with Wendy Tanner, she blew those expectations out of the water. She did this by making me feel like she was working for me 24/7, on holidays, and in the evenings. She did this by taking the time and showing the patience in her voice when I would ask a silly question (and there were many). There are some people that you know you can trust has your best interests in mind, just by being with them for 5 minutes and talking to them; Wendy is that kind of person. She's excellent at what she does and I've sent all my friends to her when they need real estate help. Thanks Wendy for all of your hard work, you are a true professional!

Mark has recommended several great trades persons to repair anything that needs replacing in the home. Most knowledgeable and kindest agent we have ever worked with. Highly recommended. Helped us buy an investment property in Dundas for our children to live in while they attend McMaster University. It was so easy to rent out to students. Expérience fantastique: As you can see I never write reviews but Darla and Mark are so exceptional that I want to shout it from the rooftops! Trust me when I say these two are THE BEST. They went WAY above and beyond to help me sell my house. They knew exactly what needed to be done to get the house ready to sell (all the while being very considerate about cost), then negotiated the sale with kindness, intelligence and grit, and then helped me SO much during the closing procedures. Selling a house is stressful but these two make you feel supported and at ease during the entire transaction. They work hard (and smart!) and nothing proves that more than the fact that they sold my house in 18 days. Yes, you read that right — from LIST to CLOSE was 18 days! In a slow market no less!!! Mark and Darla are a dream team. Their integrity, honesty and work ethic is unmatched. Hats off to this fabulous duo!!

Expérience fantastique: Couple years ago i got a chance to buy a house and mark was the sales person for that house, from the first time, he made the deal happen plus after that he sold my house and even with out ask him he reduce his commission when he felt that we did not what we should get because of the market that time, at the end i had some issue to get the mortgage so what happen he arrange the private mortgage through him sell and his ant and over all that mortgage done with out fee i really do not know how i thank you mark , you are the best .

Expérience fantastique: Good day. We chose Mark to be our agent because we found that he sold Himself to us. Other agents told us many things that they were going to do as far as marketing the house to get potential buyers interested which Mark did as well, but he actually was able to sell us on his ability to close the deal. Jane was in Sales for a number of years and I have a background in contract negotiations. We both know how important it is to negotiate and close a deal. We spoke to 7 different agents before choosing Mark to represent us. Some of them wanted to list the property much lower than what we sold for. Mark asked us what WE wanted to or needed to get from the sale. We told him and he set the price according to OUR needs. That was very important, asking what WE wanted. Jane and I both felt that Mark was the only agent who actually sold himself to us and if he could do that then he was the agent we wanted to represent us in the sale of our home.

Expérience fantastique: Mark is the first realtor that I felt is a professional and willing to work hard for his clients. He spent a great deal of time with us explaining the process and guiding us through. He listed our home correctly and we sold within 3 weeks. This was in a stagnant market where none of our other competitors have sold. He is always available and in constant touch even after the sale to make sure we are settled and happy. Mark is very patient, knowledgeable, a good communicator, genuine, caring, resourceful and helpful. We will continue to use and refer Mark as he went above and beyond for us. Mark works hard for his clients and gets results they want.

Expérience fantastique: I have worked with Mark and his team on behalf of a mutual client and was completely impressed with their efficiency and professionalism, they took excellent care of our client and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate! The thank you card was a nice touch too!
