Expérience fantastique: I just had the BEST experience finding a home EVER. Marco always answered all my emails really quickly when I was back in Brazil, and he did a lot of steps further such as sending market updates and lots of lists based on what I wanted. He is a really great person, more than just a realtor. He was extremely kind to me and my wife. At a point, I had a doubt if we were considering the right aspects of the place we wanted to rent. So Marco in less than 10 minutes prepared a whole new list for us with new places, it was unbelievable the quality of his work. We now are buying new furniture for our new place and everyday we wake up here is like we are still dreaming. It is a perfect fit for us and Marco made it really simple for us to sign the lease agreement, being extremely transparent to show us every detail and also helping talking to the landlord. 100000/10 service, even if I think about it deeply I can’t find the smallest thing to be mad about.

Expérience négative: After a month and a half of moving into our new house, we were approached by someone claiming the lot as theirs. I was gobsmacked to find out we only own 1/3 of the lot. After speaking with the team, I was told this was in the contract and that I should’ve contact a surveyor to define our land line. This was spoken before (the surveyor) about the very front line of the fence to see where to built it and never about the whole property line. After the offer was accepted, we (me and husband) were showing where we would build our fence (we were mislead to think the whole lot was ours instead of 1/3) and not even then we were corrected. So now we are stuck in a house with almost no backyard (they knew this was a major deal breaker for us) and still led us to believe we were buying a house with a full lot in it. Advice: read the fine print on the contract instead of believing in what is said (even if you confirm with them multiple times before buying just like we did. I’m frustrated and stressed and honestly, quite disappointed…
