Expérience fantastique: If you are looking for a real estate agent to sell your home I highly recommend Irene Szabo. We worked with Irene to sell my 94 year old mother's house. It was no small feat. my brother and sister both had different ideas as to what the house was worth and my mom's response when asked about a listing price was "I don't care, just burn it". Undaunted Irene did considerable research for comparable properties, no small feat due to the unique nature of the property. After review of multiple comparables a listing price was agreed upon. Then came the hard part of cleaning out the house. Irene was indispenable in this area providing recommendations for junk removal companies, locations that would accept donations as well as places to list items for sale. It was approximately 3 months from our initial contact til the listing day. I would suggest time well spent as the house was on the market for only 2 days. It was listed on Thursday and the first of three offers came in at 6:30 that night. Friday my mom and I sat down with Irene at 6:30 and reviwed 3 offers, accepting a full price unconditional offer. In summary 2 days on market, 10 viewings, and 3 offers, one of which was unconditional for full asking price. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful or professional agent.
