Expérience fantastique: My first view of the apartment impressed me so much as did the manager. The apartment was more spacious than those I'd seen prior. It has a large picture window and the sun was flooding in making the entire apartment bright and cheery. The view from the window looks out over trees and a glimpse of water from the river. The apartment was clean and freshly painted. Each tenant has a parking spot and the lot is regularly cleared of snow. There is laundry on each floor and a storage unit if desired. I have met other tenants and that's been a pleasure as well. They have been welcoming and helpful. Overall I'm truly excited about settling in long term and happy I found this one.

Her services are fast and she arrives quickly the moment you call her. She and her daughter are very kind and provide excellent services and come quickly to solve your problem. The building has changed since the time it was received. The management has changed in terms of cleanliness, arrangement, and attention to everything, even the cleanliness of the building from the outside as well, even if at night. If you call them, they will be there quickly. I thank them for their service and effort to make us happy with our presence in this place.

Expérience fantastique: I regularly visit family at 83 Conroy Crescent, and I’ve always had a great impression of Kortright Apartments. The buildings are consistently clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for. Zdravka, the building manager, is truly amazing. She does an excellent job keeping everything in top shape and always greets everyone with a warm smile. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the residents and visitors alike. Overall, it’s a welcoming and well-run place, and it’s always a pleasure to visit.

I have needed a few repairs this year and Vikram got the job done right away. He is easy to reach, responds quick, and is there to assist if needed. It does feel that he is one text away if I need anything.

Expérience fantastique: Its been only a month and half in one of the Williams and McDaniel buildings and the building managers, Sharon and Dustin have been very cooperative. There was a heating issue in our apartment and they constantly kept checking and sending plumber and also provides us with the space heaters. They facilitated us with all of our requests on time. Highly appreicate their prompt and reliable service.

Went above and beyond. We didn’t have to say anything, everything they found they fixed. 10/10 would recommend!

Expérience négative: RENTERS BEWARE! What used to be a fare, family friendly place to live has changed so much to the other end! Renting is Renting, but to be in a place over 10 yrs, and the past 2 years being delivered a double rent increase, for "repairs and upkeep" to an older aged building is seemingly to be acting more like condo living! Save your money, do your homework, and find a home for you and your family that is fair, and not always trying to get you to pay for their wear and tear in their income properties!

She was professional but also genuinely kind, the kind of person who actually listens and follows through. Finding a rental these days can be stressful, but she made the whole process feel easy and personal. When we finally got our townhouse, I was so impressed by how clean and updated everything was. The kitchen looked newly renovated, the paint was fresh, and even the smallest details, like the trim and baseboards, were spotless. The carpets were clean, the appliances worked perfectly, and the whole place just felt like home from day one. What really stood out to me was how Rowena checked in after we moved in to make sure we were happy and that everything was up to standard. In August, 2025 I called Williams & McDaniel Property Management to request a showing of some rental units in which I was interested in viewing. A rental consultant named Lorrie MacPherson met me at the fist property. She was bubbly and very welcoming. She was most knowledgeable of all aspects of the buildings, and allowed me more than ample time to look at everything. She is also very perceptive and reads people well. While looking at a 2nd building, she was cognizant of the fact that, while I liked the units in both buildings I had seen so far, she could tell there was just something missing that was holding me back from committing. She said she had an executive suite available which was not on my viewing list, because i missed seeing it online. I followed her in my car to see it. It was right in my optics of what I was seeking.. Lorrie took the time to show & explain every detail of the unit and surrounding area. She even came back the next day, a Sunday afternoon, to allow my sister & me to take measurements of each room for my further considerations. Lorrie also immediately replied to all of my texts of questions over the 2 days. Thank you Lorrie for your cheery patience, understanding, kindness and thoughfullness when showing me the properties. Expérience négative: Fraud Alert!!! Avoid renting from them at all costs. At first, they seem professional, but after two years, they hit me with an arbitrary charge and, without any notice, filed a collections report. Three months ago, they admitted it was a miscommunication and assured me the report would be removed from my credit. I’m still waiting. Brought my credit score down by 150 points in a single day!!! On a side note, they also tried to remove tenants that were living in a place for more than 7-8 years. The tenants filled a law suit and the management lost and had to pay a penalty (unethical)

Had to urgently move out towards the end of my lease, and Catherine was open to meeting me multiple times to guide me through the process. Would definitely recommend signing with these guys.

The apartment was recently renovated and looks phenomenal. All new appliances, flooring, freshly painted, bathroom/kitchen renovated beautifully. Working in construction I work very late shifts and they accommodated for me every time. Any time I asked to meet they came and that really is something you never see. Super excited to be living here and would 100% recommend this building to anyone

He opened up the unit for us to go and take measurements on multiple occasions just so we could make sure our furniture will fit and all....I am really happy with the service. Expérience fantastique: Went on a walk-through today at 131 Raymond and 125 Raymond, the building manager Amanda Parsons, spirit and ability to have all answers to my questions off hand was unmatched by other building managers I've walked through with. It was a 5 star experience!

Expérience positive: I lived in Noble Towers Apartments for almost five years. The building managers, Wanneta and Yvon, have been exceptional in their role of caretakers. They not only keep the building clean and safe they keep the tenants and visitors happy. They make their tenants feel like family. I recently moved to a different town. I loved my apartment and will miss the view. I will NOT miss the old unreliable elevator.
