Steven Andrade & Louise Macdonald, Your Local Real Estate Brokers - RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc. Cambridge

Expérience fantastique: This is the second time we've worked with Steve, and we'd go back to him again without a second thought. He helped us find our first house, so when it came time to get our second one ready for the market, there was no question who we'd call. What stands out most about Steve is how well he listens. He doesn't rush you or push his own agenda. He hears what you're saying, and sometimes what you haven't quite said yet, and he works from there. He's calm and steady, which matters more than you'd think when you're making big decisions about your home. You just trust him. He also really knows the market. He explained what buyers are looking for right now and took care of everything we needed to get the house ready: the photos, the marketing, and the small touch-ups inside that make a real difference. He had good people lined up and kept things moving without us having to chase anything. Steve is the kind of person you feel a real connection with. He's good at what he does, but he's also good with people. We're grateful to have had him in our corner, twice.
