Expérience négative: I was talking to George regarding possible sale of my house, then he asked me to fill-in home data on a web based form with the detailed room-by-room format more or less like it would appear on the property listings, it was strange request from him. When I refused to do it on his behalf, he responded me this with arrogance "I have not seen your house, therefore I can’t prepare the correct information for you without knowing the details. These are questions any realtor would ask you (this is blatant lie - I never met any realtor asking to fill in such data). If you aren’t able invest 10 minutes of your time to provide me information I need about your home (another lie - it was not 10 min task - it was easily an hour task when he sent me form to fill in details of every piece inside out), I’m not sure that I can invest hours of my time providing you free valuable information either. My time and information have value as well. " Be careful in dealing with such realtors.

So when we initially started receiving options on my email for houses based on the criteria, there was hardly anything that we thought was suiting us. By the time we had met Mike, we had already seen 3 houses that we thought were close to what we were considering, but nothing that both husband-wife could agree for. Mike took the same criteria/details from us, but he made sure to speak with us in short spans from time to time to narrow our likes and wants, what we thought about each visit or the email that he was sending. He is super intelligent with lot of knowledge in his industry, as well as shared some useful tips.
