We live in USA and when we were looking for our new home in 2022 we reached out to Frances. She understood our needs and without selling random houses, she has set up searches in the system for us and started sending what we were looking for. When we visited Canada, we were on a tight schedule. Understanding our needs and schedule what a terrific job she did that it never crossed our mind to look for any other realtor. She was highly organized, efficient and respected our time to the minute. She showed us 8-9 properties on the same day exactly matching to our criteria. Not only that we finalized our new home on the same day. She explained us all the legalities of Realtor/Buyer contract. As a first time buyer we had millions of questions and she patiently answered all of those. She showed us lot of market research, comparables and market trends. She helped us immensely in making an informed decision without pushing us at all for putting an offer. Finally after learning everything when we decided to put an offer she explained the bidding situation, moreover was working with us till 11pm for different bids. Without her professionalism and guidance we could not have closed our new dream home. Post offer acceptance she remained in touch with us with periodic check-ins. She was so responsible that she replied to our queries early mornings late nights, but made sure we hear back from her within 3 hrs in 90 percent of the time and max within 24 hrs. When we had to do inspection of our new house we could not travel because of the snow but she responsibly worked with the home inspector, kept us on the video call and completed the due diligence. She has helped us every step of the way till closing. I and my wife both are in executive management positions and were so impressed by her work ethic that we continued our relationship with Frances for our next investment property and then finding new tenants for our new property. It has been 3 years since we started this journey and there was not a single wrinkle we have experienced. Frances is outstanding, knowledgeable, punctual and she always goes above and beyond. She helps not only by herself but also through her network. We rarely have to go outside Frances network. Highly recommended.

Expérience fantastique: Words cannot describe the service we received from Heather A. We want to first off by saying that Heather is more of a family member then our realtor. We started off by telling her we don’t mind getting our hands dirty with a fixer upper for our first home. We only had two requirements, a backyard for our dog & a house to call ours, didn’t really matter the condition. We put multiple offers in and kept losing out, never got discouraged because we know that what’s meant to be will be. I think we did a total of 9 or 10 offers, it was all a blur considering we were also planning a wedding at the same time. There was long nights, long weekends, endless houses we wanted to look at but were already sold by the time we saw them online. Heather continued to fight for us. We started looking in June, thought we bought a house in July (things fell through), took a slight break and opened up our search criteria and other offers continued to beat ours. Finally we went back full tilt determined to find a house. We were also worried because our pre approval was only good until October 8th. We go back to previous houses we lost out on or the sellers didn’t agree with our offers. Finally we found some common ground after 3 MONTHS!!! This also wasn’t easy. I could not believe that we lost out on yet another house. We were getting frustrated, losing house after house and planning a wedding. I thought maybe it just was not meant to be. FINALLY! Heather brought to our attention the 3rd house we saw. Was still on the market after 5 months. It was a slight hoarding situation, needed work and was clear that’s why it wasn’t selling. We didn’t care, we realized that this 5 bed 1 bath could be our FOREVER home! After offering yet again, counter offers back we finally bought a house 1.5 weeks before our wedding. Heather was our therapist, realtor and friend. She was invited to our wedding because we became that close. My conclusion to this is, Heather A is amazing. I cannot thank her enough for all the late nights, phone calls, showings. She is busy but made us feel like we had all her time. I recommend her to EVERYONE, she’s a small town girl that knows her stuff and knows what her buyers are looking for!!

Expérience négative: Leaves spam messages on my phone about vacation contests - because that's what I want from a realtor. This is the second time I've received such a call on my private home number. After asking to be removed yet again the woman says " I'll see what I can do" and hangs up. I'm not sure these people understand how marketing works and how to do it responsibly. If someone asks to be taken off your list (I never gave them my number in the first place) a) you have to do it, b) what good is it doing to not follow my instructions? Gah!

Expérience fantastique: Had an amazing experience with Clay! He worked night and day to make sure I was able to secure the home of my dreams. Extremely on-top of his work and would call me back within minutes of him receiving a missed call. A lot of stress is involved is purchasing a home, and Clay really made it so much easier! He just talked to me only once to collect the requirements, thereafter all the listings he shared with me was exactly what I was looking for. This made my search for a house very convenient, as a result I bought my first home. He gave a big fight to get the deal done, whether it was getting status certificate or talking to my mortgage agent. He is simply awesome.
