After countless experiences with different realtors that weren't meeting my needs I happened to come across Nathan while viewing some listings on the strata site. I felt very in the loop throughout the entire process, and never had to push him because he was on it. He also really listens to what you're looking for and is super helpful in envisioning your space on a personal level for what works with your life and ideas. She was extremely difficult to communicate with (I can post screenshots of our text messages illustrating what I mean). I wonder if it’s because I am looking to rent a unit resulting in this unenthusiastic attitude from her. Little does she know that I plan to buy a unit next year, but Strata has already lost my business by then.

Expérience négative: Tried to book 8 tours. the submission said we'd hear back within 48 hours... after over a week and even after trying to follow up with them, not a single person ever got back. other real estate places are quick to respond. this is very unprofessional...and as someone with a background in advertising, a company with loads of 5 stars and barely any others is often a sign of bots or paid employees making fake reviews do not trust EDIT: wow...they can go over a week without responding to a booking request but get back to me 3 hours after posting a negative review...how convenient...
