Expérience négative: Very disappointing experience. I spoke with three different agents in the morning and all of them confirmed the same price over the phone. Later that same day, around 6pm on Thursday, another agent told me the price had suddenly increased. What makes this worse is that I received an email earlier that same day clearly confirming the price at $390,000. Just a few hours later, they claimed the price had increased by $40,000. Confirming a price multiple times, sending it in writing by email, and then changing it within hours is extremely unprofessional and misleading. Because of this experience, I find the company difficult to trust and would not recommend dealing with them.

This group is looking for desperate sellers to offload your assignment property at ridiculous prices They also charge you 6% commission plus another 4%on realtor fees. Don't recommend
