I didn’t think we were going to buy another home after a year buying our first. Her dedication on satisfying her clients interest/needs and wants is outstanding. Expérience négative: From the start: avoid. She took personal calls (4 of them) during the viewings. She showed me only listings that she had so she could double the comission. Then she showed me a listing that was with a friend, and they did not counter the offer while Karin put the condo on facebook pressuring me to make a higher offer. Then she only worked late at night over Easter, and made me go 30k higher without a counter from her "friend". She called the mortgage broker and friend to discuss my purchase, completely breaching any confidentiality. Overall, greed far suprassed talent. Avoid at all costs if you want a positive experience

Only shows her listings, even if they are sold, what a total waste of our time! AVOID! Get a better agent who focuses on what you want, not what she wants out of you!

I was observing her posts, integrity and learning who she is… as energy and a person’s core values are important too.
